2006neram that's unfair brother. We are just freshman enjoying and expressing the fun of freshman year. I don't understand how you can say that we are imitating the ignorance of rappers today yet there isn't one curse word or piece of negativiry in our song. Our video is strictly fun. If you even think that we are portraying Morehouse the wrong we I invite to our residence hall to observe that our work comes first, then fun. If you knew Morehouse like you say you do than the observation is inevitable.

Seriously, this is what makes alums "proud"--as I can see from your comments? You wonder why Morehouse has detrimental financial challenges and why alums aren't giving back? They're trying to imitate the ignorant rappers they see on tv, as opposed to setting an example for other black men to do better. I understand people do things for fun, but when the reaction by other graduates or attendees is "proud" and this gets more hits than the Otis Moss Oratorical Contest, and the contestants on that are called corny and lame, judgment and discernment are clearly distorted. (I know everybody is going to blast me, bc we celebrate ignorance in our community...so, oh well, it's the truth.)
