@The Freshest Thanks for mentioning this wonderful addon! It should be always on with blender (not sure why isn't). In this video we didn't mention it because we wanted this video to be beginner friendly as much as possible but definitely we should use it in the next ones since its amazing ^_^

With node wranger add-on you can just press Ctrl+T to add mapping and coordinates automatically (and even chosing an image texture)
