This couple is needed because black women need to be treated like the queens they are on a public platform. Politics aside, this is why I loved the Obama's, he loved Michelle so beautifully. I myself skipped over the series and I gave it a try and if it wasn’t for Lauren and Cameron I probably wouldn’t have watched. Their connection was so genuine and I had to stop and pause to cry because the things he said to her I’ve never had a man say to me.
