Steve is not only a guitar legend, he's a working-class hero with a helluva knack for radio hosting. This is REAL RADIO SERVICE for a musical public, not the B"PC"-
this guy is all about WORK,he is no special talent, what makes him great,is his absolute, total, commitment to his work ethic, that he is self effacing, humble, and a true fan of the blues, helps too,go see him,you can watch him be in awe of his band, kinda like he cannot believe he has this band, but they are so GOOD,and it brings out his great guitar playing...........
Been watching a few of these Jonesy's Jukeboxes, gotta say this is definitely one of the best, a great camaraderie between these two great musicians (& great guys too)
great..enjoyed it...ive watched a lot of Jonesy's interviews this week...this was one of the best....and ive never been a fan of Bonamassa , really...But, he's a cool guy.
im the same age as joe, my first album i stole 40$ and went to Sam Goody and bought Ozzy No More tears and both use your illusions. But if i was stuck on desert island, id have to either take Miles Davis Kinda blue, or Black Sabbath paranoid. Just to put it into perspective, It's pretty clear Joe's Dad hand a hand steering his sons taste. Especially since you would never hear BB king on daytime peak radio in the late 80's or 90's.
If only JB had the sense of humour to pick up on what Jonesy was doing, by claiming to play his solo’s? It was frustrating to watch a potentially hilarious bit, repeatedly fall flat because JB wasn’t kicking the ball back. F’kin Yanks!😂

Jonesy's got his eye on that '59
Damn Jonesy. Yep, Mick Ronson, one of my idols, too. Thanks, bud.

Is it me or are these videos (and the podcasts) waaaaaaay quiet?
I'm wearing an identical Flannel as My Besty!
can anybody tell me precise what amp was Joe playing trough here?
Milan Samardzic problably a 1958 Fender Tweed Twin!
11:14 sounds just like original claptons setup from winterland, i thought it was bluesbraker here, but it can be fender twin. Thanks
is it just me or isnt that the ending to hendrix' "in form the storm" around 10:55?
Yes I knew it sounded familiar, Isle of wight in from the storm.
I was hoping Jones and Bonamassa would jam at the end but no such luck...
59 lp is freaking cost of a house
He plays Clapton's solo about 10 times too fast!
Who cares? other than you.
i would bring nevermind the bollocks by the sex pistols....for some reason...i dont know why
