Stagnation test on a solar thermal system in Greece on August 2016

At what temperature is a solar thermal temperature cooked under the hot Greek sun ??
We bake slowly at 180-200°C for a few hours... but do not expect anything (bad) to happen.
This way we are sure that the stagnation warranty we provide for all our installed solar systems is valid.
The recording took place during the commissioning of a new system for a hotel in Paros island.
It is part of the complete checks we do for all our systems before we deliver them to the end client.
