लहसुनी सेव मुरमुरे | Garlic Sev Mamra Recipe | લસણીયા સેવ મમરા | Easy Snacks Recipe | Chetna Patel

Garlic Sev Mamra
( Puffed Rice )
Ingredients:
Garlic Chutney :
Takes motar n pastel and add
20no - Garlic
3 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
Crush roughly
Take a big kadhai
Add
200 gm - Puffed Rice
Roast properly till crispy ( 4-5 minutes)
Take another Kadhai and Add
1/4 Cup - Oil
Garlic Roughly Crush Chutney
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
And close the Flame and Sauté properly and Switch on the flame n add
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Add Roasted Puffed Rice
Stir properly and add
250 gm - Besan Sev
Mix everything and serve
Optional : Fried Peanut
