Why no Qiu Qiyuan who won silver? I know Nemour and Lee are bigger names and will probably get more people to watch the video, but Qiu showed a beautiful routine and earned her medal just as much as the others earned theirs. You should have at least included her in the video instead of straight up ignoring her.
Well, no wonder. They're always in the center of attention. Even if they're not relevant. See the behavior of the US athletes that lost a medal or a certain medal towards the winner/winners. That says it all...
What about qiu qiyuan? Eurosport should've put her name in the title after kaylia, after all she won the silver medal. Qiu had a beautiful routine, and eurosport straight up ignored her
Romania won the 8+1 rowing Gold medal and in the title they wrote about Great Britain winning the bronze...they are sore losers favoring the English speaking countries
literally my thought. why put the US with bronze in the title, but not mention China with silver.... being 0.2 apart from gold.... feels like a very political choice.
Former Olympic Champion Nina Derwael dislocated her shoulder a couple of months ago and only missed bronze by 0.034! Congratulations to Sunisa Lee, Qiu Qiyuan and Kaylia Nemour!
Count the silver in, Ok?! This is the most spectacular ub competition in Olympic since 2012og. 15.5 vs. 15.7 17 yrs vs. 17yrs Her Best performance ever vs. Her best performance ever
@@littlepianist89 that's not what happened, first her doctors said that she could train again after her injuries but the french federation's doctors disagreed. then they requested she leave her club and train in paris under their supervision which she didn't want. so she decided to switch nationalities and initially the french federation blocked her request and she was unable to compete for a year
This was so so good ! Kaylia had a very nice floor routine as well a few days ago - She showed potential, I am glad she now won a medal :D Also happy for Qiu Qiuan medaling, she didn't have many chances a few days ago and was a bit wobbly then.. but her moment came !
This is the equivalent to Epke Zonderlands gold medal winning routine from London 2012 - all flight and no break!🤩 congrats on a historic gold Kaliya, no one deserves it more than you!🥇
Congratulations from Germany. Well deserved gold medal. Fantastic performance. Helen’s performance was great as well, so congratulations to her as well. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 And I agree with others in the comments. The routine of the silver medalist should be in this video as well.
Algeria had given France so much and they’re still so ungrateful. They gave them Mbappe, Benzema, Zidane, etc. All of their best players were Algerian. Congratulations Algeria 🇩🇿 🎉
It is different. I cannot put my finger on it. It's great, of course, don't get me wrong, but when I think of Comaneci or the Soviet gymnasts, it's like watching different sports. Now it is all about strength; then it was about controlled grace. I understand how terrible the training regime was back then, so I have no illusions about the "good old days", and yet when I watch those performances from the past... I don't know how to explain it, but it was awe inspiring. Anyway, congratulations to the champion. She deserves the medal.
A lot of skills they did back then are no longer possible, because of the bars being further apart and multiple skills getting banned or rated down due to being too dangerous. But the Code of Points is also a big problem. There are difficult skills that aren't worth performing, because they have a too low difficulty score for whatever reason. Skills that are only rated C when they really should be rated E. It makes all performances too similar because why take risks when you aren't being rewarded for them?
Anyone knows who the female commentator is in the video? She was extremely rude towards the Chinese athlete Zhang Boheng yesterday. I found it unbearably hideous listening to her gloomy voice talking down on the poor boy. She even said “He looks like he just wanna go home” during mid of his performance, when Zhang boheng performed his routine smoothly. He held two silver medals already in the past two days. Give him a break! What an utterly biased, unprofessional and arrogant comment that was !
She could have been in the team France but was rejected by the French gymnastic association, so she change her nationality to Algeria due to her parentage and represent Algeria instead and get her well deserved gold medal.

They did mention her and filmed her. She wasn't ignored. She's also in many other video's. They are all great gymnasts
Asian gymnasts always get less attention, its very unfair.
Had it been asian media it would be a report on gold and silver. It is only normal to put the focus on the local preference.
Cry away please. This moment is for Kaylia and Algeria 🇩🇿

Why Sunisa Lee in the title and not the silver medalist?! Why all this media bias towards the Americans?
Such a shame ,Eurosport!

Why is Qiu, who won the silver medal with a superb routine, being completely ignored? This is outright discrimination, shame on you Eurosport

The way Qiu hugged Kayla is just the epithome of sportmanship ❤❤
The chinese girls embraced her so warm and lovingly
I saw that too and found it so lovely, like a real representation of the Olympics ❤❤❤
Yes at every event in gymastics they were super cute and supportive hugging and congratulating everyone.
They look like absolute sweethearts❤️
Yeah its upbrining thing to behave yourself
that was the pure supportive language than any other gymnasts i ever saw
What's wrong with Eurosport? Why ignoring athletes? There were also weird things in other videos. Like, not showing the performance of a gold winner.
They're busy kissing 🇺🇲 a@@es...😐
The difficulty in this finale is mindblowing 🤯
Amazing. She's like Spiderman swinging and a ballet dancer combined. It's so elegant.
Superb routine for Algeria, elegance and difficulty❤.Well deserved

why isn't qiu qiuan in this video and title having won silver? everyone wants to see the top 3 gymnasts
congratulations to kaylia though 😭✊ got very confused by this video cut, i assume it's straight from broadcast but still... it's a little odd
Why is the silver medal discriminated against (in the title and in the video)? Thank you.
Weird, right? I chinese won silver.
Because she's Chinese or something like that.
Because of the American media bias.....look what titles put on Simone biles, disgusting
