      Well Harbaugh went from lifeless Joe Flacco and wife beater Ray Rice to the Eccentric Lamar Jackson and the electric Mark Ingram. You’re witnessing the difference between doing something the right way (with Lamar and Ingram) and doing something the “wrong” or “left” way.

    • @kemdaman159
      @kemdaman159 5 лет назад +2

      Association of Free People you’re right but the problem with black gbs that can run and throw the ball is that teams don’t tailor their offense around their attributes. You’ve only seen it with Mike Vick. The one year when the panthers dedicated their offense to revolve around Cam they went to the super bowl. I think the coaches don’t trust the qbs to lead with their attributes cause they’re used to a pocket passer who doesn’t run much and that’s the downfall.

    Lamar Jackson is proof that the system a player is in and the coaches around the player matter immensely. And the media should recognize that more often. Instead people like SaS, skip bayless, shannon sharpe, etc rip certain players for preforming badly. We see it all the time in sports where a player is not very good on 1 team but moves to a different team with a different system/coaches and the player flourishes.

    I'm a Seahawks fan and I have nothing but respect for everything Lamar Jackson is doing. I should have immediately taken notes when Russell Wilson told reporters in the first few weeks of the season that Lamar was his favorite player to watch highlights of. He absolutely deserves the MVP, but I do think that MUCH MORE credit is owed to Harbaugh and the Ravens staff than they have received thus far...having closely watched a number of Ravens games and LJ's accumulation of video game-like stats, it is UNBELIEVABLE how wide some of his running lanes become, and how open his receivers are when they catch his passes. Their offensive scheme is nothing short of brilliant and one of the best I've ever seen. Lamar Jackson, as talented as he is, is passing for 4-5 TDs every game without having to make particularly difficult reads or throws.
