Rich Paul made phone calls telling teams if they selected Bronny, he would go to Australia 🤦🏾♀️ this was mentioned on live television during the draft…
Mad reporters have also said that’s been a normal practice for years as recently as last year with a top 5 pick so find a new excuse
So
Do you have any proof for that you are listening to lie then you are idiot 😂😂😂
Idk what RC is talking about... Lebron has a lot of power and money... That's the only reason why Bronny was drafted.
what’s your point? Nepotisim happens in sports all the time yall just don’t care bc they don’t catch a pass or shoot the ball

That's right, RC! Educate the people!
Aint educate no one smooth brain
Obviously these guys have never looked up the definition of nepotism.
Ryan Clark looking like Simone Biles with those mental gymnastics 😂...awesome accomplishment for Bron but that's the point - its more Bron's moment than Bronny's.
Ain't no awesome accomplishment egg brain
He has to earn it eventually….
Yup. That's how sports work. I think he will. I honestly think he's ready enough today to play a ty lue type roll.

it's nepotism, but I don't care for all the reasons Ryan pointed out. It's an incredible achievement and it should be celebrated.

Say it again for the haters in the back RC! Talk that talk 🔥🔥🔥

Well said Ryan Clark. Bravo!!!
Be quiet
Just can't wait to see them on the court together
Tom Brady, was the 199th Pick, in the NFL Draft and eventually became the
NFL QB Goat. When Tom Brady was
ranked, none of those people who did
the raking ever thought, that the 199th
draft pick, in the NFL would have the
type of impact he had, in the NFL, when
his career was over. Brady is a 5 Times MVP. The statistics used, when Brady
was drafted had no idea, his career would be what it was. See, when God
open the door, there may be times it
may not make sense, to the status
quo.
Bronny has to prove himself. I think he
will.
The Los Angeles Times Writers went
raw, regarding Lakers decision etc.
Opinion
I'm supporting Bronny. I wish him much success and will buy his jersey too. LeBron is father of the year. Y'all be hatin'.
Neptoism - the practice among those with power or influence of favouring relatives, friends, or associates, especially by giving them jobs.
Goes on every day, most people don't get jobs unless they know someone at certain spots lol but now it's an issue...
The issue is that RC is trying to spin it like it is not and ESPN made this a topic everyday. This was done loudly! It's not what was done but how it was done. There is no getting away from how public this this has been. Q
LeBron didn’t GIVE Bronny the job, the Lakers did (it may have been to keep LeBron however LeBron didn’t give Bronny the job). Thanks for posting the definition.

,lord have mercy..I truly luv Mr. Clark..preach my brother ❤😊😮
Shoutout to the James family for making history, but let's keep it a buck RC... LeBron does have power (and leverage by opting out), so it's greatness AND nepotism lol. It's ok to call it what it is.
Who cares about keeping it a buck
They making big bucks and yall worried about who plays where and who don’t
Let's keep it a bean. He had a teammate better than him that didn't get drafted. It's nepotism. If Bron not his daddy he's not in the league idk why y'all scared to tell the truth
That’s not the truth weirdo. Why didn’t the other 30 teams draft bronnys teammate? Add context before speak ignorance. Bronny was Top prospect before his heart injury. Stop acting like bronny not a pro talent when he is. College doesn’t always translate
Say it louder ❤️. Totally agree as nepotism means "favoritism (as in appointment to a job) based on kinship" ... It is nepotism because if his dad wasn't who he is he wouldn't of been picked!!! Just my opinion lol
💯 pedigree
Bronny can actually hoop y'all lets be serious
Quit clicking to talk either listen or go else where
Now asking as he isn’t a big baby cry baby like his dad he will b just fine in the NBA
RC! 🫡🫡🫡 Preach!
Dear RC it is NEPOTISM! He was only drafted because of who his father is! 4pt average in college. This does not bother me but what I find insulting is that you are trying to spin it as something else. We can acknowledge that he got his son to the NBA and did what others have done in other areas of the NBA and move on. But please don't insult our intelligence.
It’s nepotism fellas. Nothing more, nothing less and I’m actually shocked how many in the media are seemingly scared to say that and grow angry when the public at large points that out. Now, if we’re pointing out that nepotism is ubiquitous in our society and the world, and Bronny’s situation is just more accentuated, I 1000% agree with that too.
Bron earned the power what about every else they put the kids in position nobody talks about them bronny can actually hoop
🤔 okay lets see all the skeletons fall out the closet when he retires
💯% Facts🎯, Thanks RC!

Ryan also thinks you are a hater if you call Biden old.
I hope none of the haters who are in a position to do something for their children do nothing for those children because that would be nepotism.
It is not hating to say it is nepotism but still wish him well. The problem is simply them spinning it as something else. Can we just be honest about what this is? Have we lost that ability? Yes others are doing it but to say that this is not nepotism is crazy.
Yawn trolll
I get the argument that this is a positive, despite the nepotism, because it's a sign that a black man has that much power and pull. I get that. I don't have an answer for how Bronny is any different from a bullshit nepo VP. That's a totally fair argument.
However, to say that this has nothing to do with nepotism, and try to say that Lebron has no power to hire/fire is just being disingenuous. RC is better than that. JJ is only the head coach because Lebron wants him.
This ain't positive smooth brain
Is it nepotism? Sure. In the same breath, if all parents were in the same position..how many of us wouldn’t make it happen for our kids? Let’s keep it a buck. He will have to earn it though..his dad won’t be in the nba forever. But it’s no different than legacy sorority/fraternity members. Or kids who get into certain schools because of their parents. Where was all this outrage when other celebrities were paying off colleges for their kids to attend. The kid can hoop. And he will continue to face immense pressure. No matter how good he becomes, it will always be your dad scored this many points as a rookie etc. I pray he’s able to handle THAT part.
The kid can't hoop
RC explained it Correctly!!!
Nope
Channing said it best!! Lakers did it because the wanted to keep LJ..the sad part is that this kid is expected to be good ...the pressure from fans, that kids are to be as good as their parents..and when their not..the haters go all in...
He was the 55th pick out of 58 picks lol. He was the 3rd to last pick of the last round of the draft… stop the cap
Telling the truth isn't hating guy
Let's be real he got drafted because of pops, he needs to start his own path when he's developed
Go start your own path

Not feeling it... If Bronny's father wasn't LeBron James, he would not have been drafted in this draft class! Period! He hasn't done enough to justify any other reason! Feel how you want about "nepotism" but, "My daddy got me drafted by the team he plays for" stands by itself! There's nothing else to be said! Everything else around it is nothing more than "spin!" At the end of the day a father is looking out for his son, and making his own dream of playing on the same court with him a reality! And he's doing so from a very rare position! So hopefully, Bronny will develop into the caliber of player who is worthy of the opportunity he has been given! But whether he does or not, Bron will have no regrets, nor should he!
Well said agreed! Definitely how I feel

Well, I’m not mad, that's what real power looks like. This is history!! RC is a real one!
That's not real power. Real power is when you can let power go. Like christ did on the cross.
No
At the end of the day its about money. And Bron and Bronny being on the same court is going to sell a whole lotta tickets. The Bron and Bronny Show is going to be must see tv. Lakers revenue, for the next year at least, is going to go through the roof as people tune in to see this experiment pass or fail.
No it wont
A lot of people are mad that they couldn’t inherit an opportunity. So they spin the narrative of “nepotism” and “favoritism”. But there’s a certain community of ppl who then complain when we don’t see great things happen.

It’s no problem ! Let him play!
What about Archie Manning? 😱😳
Archie produced QBs, He didn't wanna play with his sons. Not even a comparison 😒 Brony is not great, not good, not even ok. LB wanted to make history. Just remember LB will retire soon, Brony will sink, swim, or get out of the water.
The only reason the Lakers drafted Bronny is to keep his father. Bronny is not an NBA caliber of player. The Lakers will regret this down the road because there were players that could have helped the team. If this doesn’t show entitlement and nepotism than they should erase the words in the dictionary.
What player is helping the team at the 55th pick 😊

NEPOTISM AT ITS BEST..
When and if he plays, he will have a target on his back, and the players will test him every chance they get just because he got drafted before a lot of deserving and NBA ready players.
