Makes you realize that the entire show has always been pure cinema quality, not just certain episodes like 2x17 and 4x08. Even though those episodes are usually most remembered. Damn. We’ve been spoiled!
Ufotable has been killing it for the past 5 years straight (and before then as well, obviously but talking about demon slayer rn). Absolutely cannot wait to see what they do in the future
I doubt that Demon Slayer would even be watched if it wasn't for Ufotable's mind-blowing animation. If Ufotable decided to animate a random non - known manga, then that anime will be popular.
@@GinHorikita its animation is definitely its biggest selling point (not that there's anything wrong with that), but it still has other strengths I don't see in other anime with animation as it's strongest selling point. Music, sound design, tension building, emotional catharsis, and execution of finale's are all on point too, and it's not fair to neglect the praise they deserve too.

Let me explain, the mugen train and the district arc was practically the same. Hashira comes, fights upper moon almost loses or dies. Literally happening in the current season.
Never in my life of watching any anime, have I ever found any other series that could even at least *match* Demon Slayers magnificent, godly, unforgettable, mind blowing animations. Truly a masterpiece that stands out above many anime when it comes down to animation and OST.

The visuals, the animation, and the music is top notch, but personally I just cant shake the feeling that the story isn’t actually all that it’s made out to be. Rengoku’s death sure was sad, but not the emotionally heart wrenching thing everyone talks about for me, I personally believe jujutsu kaisen is a better example of a modern masterpiece in anime, as everything makes sense and has a unique vibe and complex stories and world, whereas demon slayer is about as standard as it gets in terms of actual storytelling and logical world building. I still enjoyed it though, and I do understand the hype when it comes to the fight scenes.
If you didn’t watch the show then you can’t even fathom the events that lead up to this moment. Can’t have a grand finale without everything that precedes it

In the moments of the fight we are so euphoric and excited, that we don't notice the details, how beautiful the animation is. Rengoku vs Akaza is fire 🔥

I really don't get why so many people hate Demon Slayer. It's not the most mind-blowing or deep series but it's certainly one of the most beautifully animated. Plus it might not have some crazy deep story like Attack On Titan or Berserk but the story and characters aren't bad by any means. Some characters like Sanemi or Douma I feel like are genuinely very well written. Bottom line is I think we should give credit where credit is due
It makes me mad when some people complain about this show not being original. A story can be good without being original and it can be bad while being original.
The story I don't think much, but the visual part is as the video shows. It's stunning doesn't look like the same studio that made Fate Zero has more beautiful colors and less filters gray and hideous like Fate.

Does it get better? I tried the manga, got in about 2 volumes, it felt super predictable and generic.

I don't know why some people says that demon slayer is trash but imo it is one of the best anime of the decade.
