Here is my interpretation, again.
1. Resedents of suburbia, who reject any kind of progress or changes, and who prioritize pleasure
2. Set of dome-shaped appartment complexes, each dome is autonomous as if it was a city-state. Such system allows multiple political formations to exist
3. Conservarive men-ruled society with superior navy and sea-based economy
4. Basically modern world, but more interconnected in terms of economy and with more powerful coorporations, who use Hemi-Sync (a technology, that uses binaural beats and other frequency-alternated sounds for improved brain function. Thats what its creator claims), but I can't say for what purpose. Judging by the picture, its used for mass control.
5. Military junta ruled by hyper-intellegent strategists
6. European feudalism, but under the oceans floor
7. Alchemists, who build their own state in the clouds and create unlimited resources with their mystical alchemical techniques
8. Living cars from "Cars" cartoon, who fight for their rights and against exploitation in our society
9. I assume it's consumerism, but even more retarded
10. Stateless immoral society, where everyone has gone insane
11. Untouched places of Siberian taiga turned into autonomous zones (Wildlife sanctuaries on steroids)
12. Humans left Earth and moved to Triton, created their own base and a state as well.
13. A country of ghost (now thats something interesting) which occupies territory of an abbandoned mall. Wellfare states means they have a lot of state-sponsored social programms.

I think 14 is a society where everyone gets to decide what year it is for themselves. Alexandr Dugin talked about this, claiming that the linear progressive view of time is a uniquely western post-enlightenment idea. In reality there is nothing inherent in 2023 that means smartphones and supercars. We are more connected to the past than we think
Also, I'm pretty sure 6 is referring to Jupiter's moon "Europa" which is known for its subterranean oceans
