Why would someone pay up to 200 a year for a free mailbox that looks fancy. Privacy about what? I'm not understanding the reason people are so paranoid about what they may order or receive by mail? Why would anyone care if someone knew where they live? Even celebrity famous folks have their homes and addresses public. Why can anyone give me an answer as to why and what is so private that it would give you a reason to stay off the radar. Do you have enemies or has someone threatened you? And your a scared little bitch? No there's a bigger reason someone is not being honest.
The cop knows something. The guy was driving a range Rover. They must be investigating him and giving him a ticket because where's his money coming from. A black guy with range Rover and a p.o box. The cop is smarter than you people. There's something going on with these p.o. boxes.
another confirmation that there is no justice in the USA. It costs the state nothing financially to accuse a citizen, but to defend yourself means going to court, spending time, gas, a lawyer, it costs money. So the 27 amendments to the Constitution are all a fairy tale.
I have a similar question - if the state gives you a "Driver's License", aren't they telling you that you can legally drive with it? Charges should be thrown out on due process grounds!
He was at the time because he had the corporate STATE OF GEORGIA'S TAGS on his conveyance and their fraudulent instrument known as the Driver's License in his pocket (Which he doesn't need).
They just want to verify address in person. It's a good way to weed out bad liars. They must ticket you in person, and they already have your home address. Tikets not served by an officer GENERALLY are not enforcable, such as many speed and light cameras, however the laws differ by state.
privacy - it should be legal everywhere - your literal address gets sold and put on the internet and anyone can find you. if you've never heard of doxing and swatting look into that. it's a lot more common than you'd think. and not only that, it's on a piece of basically plastic that you have to hand out to random strangers on a day to day basis.
Everyone should use a P.O Box as well!
I do

it's not illegal to be homeless
He got the ticket for the PO box cuz the officer makes up his own laws and then it's up to you to spend all your time and money in court fighting it.

He got a ticket because the police officer didn't have anything better to do.
No, behind the scenes Uncle Sam is saying: I'm fucking you through the cops, and you slaves, defend yourself from me, but for a fee!
Cop had the IQ of a Moonpie😮
The state generated the license with the PO Box, if it was illegal then how did the state issue it? Makes zero sense.

Hell yeah he wrong as fuck. First and foremost am I operating in commerce officer?
He was at the time because he had the corporate STATE OF GEORGIA'S TAGS on his conveyance and their fraudulent instrument known as the Driver's License in his pocket (Which he doesn't need).
@The Truth Is Here so how operate without one
Learn the law .smdh
He got ticketed because the officer didn't know the law, most of them don't. They are just revenue agents
Pretty much
Yup
Create your own identification card you have the right to not contract you also have the right to create your own identification card
Do you have any links or more info. I don't have a residential address just a po box, and it is like jumping through hoops
😅 create your own lube because if you do this prepared to be fucked with
These officers only want to be officers to play with lights, sirens, and to have the upper hand during a personal dispute.
The real reason because if a don’t have an address it’s very hard to give you a ticket the PO BOX is private and your home address is public

I am a nomad and I wish I could have a P.O. Box on my DL. In florida it's not easy to do that. You need an utility bill with said address.
Behind the scenes Uncle Sam is forcing you to spend money on rent apartments instead saving money on your bank account.
Its not law you have the right to not contract
Depends on the State. Some states don’t allow a PO Box on driver’s license. It’s even on the DMV & USPS site.
Then why would they approve it
Most don't allow it. They need a physical address.
And homeless people who dont have phisical address how they use address on DL?
@@rafkatmakalim1006 It’s a risk. Again, depends on Some States
Police have PO BOX address ...I know....
On their drives licenses?
Seems like a cop looking for a reason to write a ticket.
Cop = racist that simple . "pRoBlEm wItH hIs high beams"... Please. What a joke
The cop isn't racist. Your the reason why America is under racism because of ignorant comments like that. Shut up
If he goes to court and wins he will still probably have to pay court costs.
Learn contract law who pays tickes tickets are for citizens and subjects
Is there an advantage to have a P.O. Box on your license? Just curious why u would want that .
Read the..... upu treaty

Nothing to be confused about. Georgia applies laws to whom they won't to apply to them to when the want to apply them however they want apply them.
If he payed the ticket what's the problem
that is not required you clowns lol
