Head office i Have 200E Fortigate firewall in Head office. I have SIP 30 Chanel in Head office. Could you kindly provide a comprehensive configuration guide for setting up SIP trunks, VPN connections, and necessary firewall settings for this distributed solution? Best regards Mohameed
Thanks for the video. The grp2614 is listed as a 4 line 6 sip account phone. Due to my lack of imagination the phones I have setup I'm only using a single sip account for a single extension per phone. Using a couple buttons for call parking was a nice trick. What are you or others using additional lines/accounts for? Are there benefits of assigning multiple extensions to one phone that I'm not thinking of yet?
If one person needs to monitor another extension or if there are multiple companies coming into the same phone it's an easy way to keep it simple and separate.
Grandstream had dropped the ball previously and their phones sucked. We nearly lost a few large hospital clients where we attempted to use those phones as patient bed phone. The new GRP series is magnificent though. Exactly what a phone should be. Fast responsive reliable and functional. The programmable buttons next to the dialpad are ingenious. Would love to see them certifying these devices with more UCaaS vendors. Best Retail phones on the market
I used the gxp1625s as patient phones while setting up an emergency clinic during COVID 19, they worked great. The only grandstream phones we had trouble with was the GRP2613s.
