Trucks were not popular with families and professionals until they started making cars smaller and people became concerned with their safety. Typically trucks were owned by farmers and ranchers and construction workers. They had a purpose.
You didn't cover the Ford Ranchero. The Ranchero preceded the El Camino by 2 years, introduced in 1957. When you covered the FC-150 Jeep you didn't cover the larger FC-170. You missed all the military versions of the Jeeps, the forward control military Jeeps and the Military Jeep pick-up trucks.
How many Jeep FC's were made? And where can I find one? Because I think it is the coolest looking thing that I have ever seen before! When I first saw the thumbnail for the video, I thought it was a Russian truck! 😂😂😂 But I guess not! Cool video! Really enjoyed it!
The Courier doesn't belong on this list. I drove pne to 500, 000 miles. It had the venerable 2.3 and a 7foot bed. No frills was the name of the game. Rust was a problem.
The Ford Ranger pickup with a 4 banger was useless on a hill with a passenger in the cab as screen doors on a submarine, and forget about a load in the bed. I had to down shift from 5th when alone going up a hill on an interstate highway
I believe some of your trucks you critize, are actually expensive. ElComino. Ranchero where not exactly cheap!. But all those others are now collectors!
Comparing smaller utilities to full size is like comparing apples and grapes. Everything has its market and better uses. I have a 2002 falcon ute with an alloy flat tray(aussie) and would prefer it over an f100 sized ute anytime- it's comfortable, economical and handles like a normal car( because its based on a car). They're now selling Rams in Australia which is cool, but they're not at all practical and barely fit in carparks, not to mention paying near two bucks a litre for petrol feeding those V8's.
All I know is that Ford's early Ranger small truck was a winner. I still have a '93 Mazda B4000 (Same for all purposes as Ford Ranger, they were basically identical) the 4 liter V6 has 250,000 miles and burns zero oil, passes Utah emission standards and has lots of torque.
Who ever this guy is he’s talking crap I owned one of these and never had a problem with it they were great trucks i also owned a Chevy 66 flat nose never had a problem with it
All this negitive crap your talking about ,is the fun things about them , and the handling your knocking is just an obvious inferitent design because of the design
Nice photos of the VW transporter that you spoke of . Why not mention the fact that any of the shit trucks fetch if in good condition a shit load of money.
this is so bogus., and corvairs were as safe as the other cars and trucks of the same time period. Also air cooling is fine if you don't drive in the hotest areas.
My God wrong! I had a Econoline truck, a Corvan truck. They were great a fun to drive. And a Studebaker truck two of them, very rugged and dependable. Also 50s Dodge trucks also rugged and dependable. Now the Ford Courier sucked. And the old Jeep trucks were great just a little overheating problem.
Willys is pronounced WILL-S. Not will -eze. That is how John Willys pronouced the name of his company. Anyone who pronounces the name incorrectly is lazy, ingnorant, and lacks professionalism. Also, it was Kaizer that sold the Jeep company to AMC. This video is written by high school journalism interns.
These are great trucks. This is clickbait. Use a maroon. Love these drugs. Try and buy one today they're expensive. And a lot of this is lies or misleading..😂
This guy is terribly uninformed also no clue about the era of these trucks!
This guy, is like, not even human
I get so tired of listening to computers.
Gobs of mindless words of ignorance. Almost zero knowledge of subject matter.

The worst part is that they have the same script for every single vehicle. They just change the name. And say the same thing over and over again.
How did he pronounce Econoline. How is it.
Jeep fc150: "the flat front windshield......" uhh, it's a wraparound windshield.
How many Jeep FC's were made? And where can I find one? Because I think it is the coolest looking thing that I have ever seen before! When I first saw the thumbnail for the video, I thought it was a Russian truck! 😂😂😂 But I guess not! Cool video! Really enjoyed it!
That's right the body had character back then.
Way too much repetition. Guy seems to say the same thing about three times.
"It's an AI "voice" regurgitating relentlessly repeated data and it sucks.

If “only poor” people could buy something, how does this exclude wealthy people?
Did an alien make this video?
Todass esa camionetas fueron buenísima aun hay camionetas de esas trabajando ...

I have on three Ford careers and they were all reliable trucks
Opinions are like assholes everybody has one and usually they stank you don't know what you're talking about
People were not a complainer back then, these trucks were just fine back then.
If you’re lucky enough to find some of these beautiful trucks now , you’ll be more than satisfied by the simplicity and functionality that they offer.
All this negitive crap your talking about ,is the fun things about them , and the handling your knocking is just an obvious inferitent design because of the design

This guy knows nothing about these trucks. And he can’t pronounce anything right.
AI narrated trash. So much misinformation.
Riding rough! Isn’t that what a good pickup truck does?
Moronic. Uninformed. Clickbait.
AI voice saying AI generated sentences put together by an AI. Not believable verbiage.
"Econo-lean" = AI crap. Pay a real person real money to create real reviews.
Grow up immature pervert and stop posting uneducated disgusting filth on an open Forum.
How pathetically ignorant and Godless, thus anti-American.

I had a 72 Chevel, which had a lousy interior, and the 350 Cid was grossly underpowered. This was my last Chevy.
Another click bait channel. Pure BS over stock internet footage. RUclips should be embarrassed to feature channels like this
Waste of my time to watch.
Cab over trucks were pretty much phased out because of cab over undesirable handling poor comfort. Poorly designed vechicle.
Why am i seeing this child again
Bwa ha "The Ford Ecko Noline" And the "Chevy Green Beer" and the "Dodge Uh 100"
Bwa hah ha
This is where we're heading? FFS no
How utterly stupid !
