Jo Koy is so hilarious and talented, but my favorite thing about him is the joy and gratitude he radiates when describing his story. It's so delightful to see him want success for everyone around him and celebrate their accomplishments as much as his own.
This podcast genuinely makes me so happy and has the best vibes. Listening to this while drinking my coffee and working on a hobby is my self-care. Jo Koy is a freaking DELIGHT. Great episode guys
That’s why you are so blessed jokoy because you really loved your family, your parents specially your mother unconditionally! You’re such a good person and son. Your heart is so special and big! Blessed your heart and your family 🙏❤️
jo koy live in brooklyn is the best show of Jokoy! i laughed from start to end, no wasted bit!!! i liked the audience, the vibe, the aura, and the music!!! For beach, i would recomment Coron, El nido, Puerto Princesa Palawan then Malapascua Island in CEbu - go swim with the sharks!!! soooooo beautiful islands!!!
LOL at Josh being so annoyed about the woman on plane when he’s the one being annoying 😆. I wouldn’t be up for hop-around games either, and my answer for seat switch ups would probably also be nope cuz nobody wants to be shuffled around more than already happens. Depends on how rough the airport mayhem is already going for me that day though, I guess.
Let’s see if Koy mentions his biggest benefactor: Chelsea Handler. My guess is that he won’t, perhaps he’s under a NDA. It would warm my heart if he could talk fondly of her.. Check out Hiking with Kevin (Nealon) the Jo Koy episode. Koy was late and arrived in a Lamborghini But sure, 👍 this is going to be a great family trips. Love this video format Closing songs are outstanding!!
i wish each episode was just josh and seth, to be honest. the guests do not add anything. i was not even into john mulaney's, which is saying a lot because i love him and his episode is what motivated me to start listening.
Love Seth and the Meyers family, and enjoy many if not most of the guests on this podcast. I usually just listen to the podcast, but logged into RUclips just to comment that I found Jo Koy's flippant boosterism regarding Philippines to be (sigh, understandable, but) deeply upsetting. Yes, the people and food can be lovely; and I'm sure 5-star resorts might be, too, if you're into that kinda thing. BUT to make light of the Marcos era, as if it were all fine and dandy? Just because some select people got rich in the development economy? And the whole 'it was great because that was when the US military was there' thing? OMG. I understand his own psychological urge to gloss over all the horrors of US colonization and Marcos dictatorship -- the repercussions of which continue through Dutarte to today with Marcos Jr. -- and I understand how gracious hosts who are not Filipinos might feel it not their place to call out a part-Filipino guest, but sheeeeeshhhhh. I feel a need to purge my brain with some industrial strength Maria Ressa.
what is the title of the podcast again?! family trips, what are the guest is sharing about?! stories about their family trips or profound memories of their trips with family whatever may all circumstances of the events happened and honestly he didn't make it light or dany geez, if you have been listening to his stories in every interview, he always said how he lived through on that era and wasn't even like them anyways which he clearly said in to seth meyers but he's recalling those times he had live inside of the airbase with his family and how even in those times he got able to visit his cousins in manila to his mother's side before they immigrated in the us and have both of his parent's divorced during that era and he was just a child when all of those BS happened.. y'all ppl are commenting here and cherry picking what you want to hear and interpret the story to make it seems like he's always a bad person wtf. 🥴
He can only share his 9yr old child perspective for the purpose of entertainment. This is a lighthearted show and not the forum for deep political discussion.

This week I've binged all Jo Koys live specials. He just gets better and better. His life and perspective is such a joy to hear.

I’m pinay living in Japan 🇯🇵. I love your Netflix specials Jo. The New one is so funny I watched it 6 times already. Thankyou.
Loved this interview...love it that Black comedy gave him a break.
Can't believe no one brought up "It's So Hard To Say Goodbye" when Jo mentioned his friendship with Wanya Morris. 😮😂
Misawa brat here. 82-85 as a teenager. The constant moving was truly harsh. Nice to hear the perspective represented. ❤

also, i did not realize that josh meyers is hot. plus the fact that he went to northwestern makes him all the more attractive.
