Not allowed in speed running. Reloading replenishes your stamina and health also the difficulty is casual. Other than that there are techniques to follow. All eplained in how to videos.
For my game, I used nvidia control panel to increase my gamma. However, for OBS (what the viewer sees), I simply used a color correction filter and up'd the gamma there so it matched what I saw. Hope that helps :D

Phase one of the training used a mixture of walking and jogging to build up endurance, then as his distance progressed we dialed back the ratio of walking, until we eliminated it entirely. Blake could run for up to an hour at a pretty decent pace, we were proud of his progress!

definitely not! the reason this run exists is because the devs dont like fun so they made it to when you skip checkpoints, it insta kills you at the next area. This run utilizes a mod (PC only) that prevents you from dying at such times, allowing for a much quicker and unique route.
