good natural narration and pointers..one thing about the size of the pie what China did 30 years back..educate everybody..today they are seeing the benefit..when will we even start..do a sequel episode on that with numbers..it will be usefull for many viewers who inevitably leave the country out of hopelessness.
Thank you! We need a massive education effort in rural India. But also something that leads to jobs. Basically, a monumental push for vocational training and not running for Government or white collar jobs. That will improve the human resource quality and the employment numbers.
24:58 even better solution -> just leave the country, I pay way more tax's than what I used to pay in India. But I am happy that I have clean air around me. btw clean air is luxury in India .
Not everyone can leave the country. It's not sustainable. Majority of the citizens will stay here. We need our country to be a better place to live for both us and our kids.
@@polkebol I get your point and yes not everyone is fortunate enough to get out of India (I wasn't too, I come from a Lower middle class family + that lower caste shenanigan was always linked to me) I had to work hard to get where I am right now. Its just a suggestion for the ones who are still trying to make things write in India (Trust me it does not work) , after paying taxes for 10 years in India I have finally given up , I can't do tax charity any more I have to take care of my family now. So long story short if you are from lower caste (SC ,ST, or if you are poor) sell everything that you can and get out of that shit hole(urgently). This country is not for folks like us, you will never get equal treatment if you are SC or ST. So just get out as quickly as you can. @polkebol if you as assuming that someday this country will become a decent place for your kids (Keep dreaming). The amount of greed politician have is unmatched, What happens if congress comes in power , They will do that same shit what BJP is doing, may be worse. What options are we left with. I bet if you get into politics you will do the same thing. its a system, you are not bigger that system. And it will take a century before everyone in India will educate themselves which government is discouraging anyways. Here you are in a fist fight where opponent has a F22 raptor.
What I understood about all things in general is, if a large population is poor and uneducated, then democracy will have a hard time producing fruitful results. We might need 1 party system like China but that will never happen.
No bro. India will always need plurality in its governance structure. I don't want dictatorship at all. Just a little more fiscally liberal government that manages the nation with much needed nuance. Broad strokes are hurting us.
@@batinjustice8909 We have elections. We keep changing them na? If someone becomes a dictator, how long does it take for them to be overthrown? We are too diverse to get one.
Interesting figure. Total direct plus indirect taxes paid per Capita in India is 25000 Rs. This is the total revenue collection per person. 25000 mein Kya milega return mein? This number is before tax refunds, before corruption, before the redistributive nature of govt spending. In total, if you are getting back 15k of value per year or 1200 Rs per month in the form of roads, water, street lights, count your blessings and move on.

Exactly. Also, stable one party systems are a rarity too. China is an exception.

Exactly. Just consider yourself privileged and ensure you earn enough to stave off the impact of crazy taxation.
No future in India
Why do you say that? India's future is pretty good if you are Middle class. If you're poor, it's not great.
