I recommend using hutao as an enabler since she cannot proc reactions consistently in a polearms only account. She could enable melt for rosaria together with xiangling. Basically Rosaria being your main source of damage, because Hutao applies pyro too quickly that no other character can keep up. A good team would be: Hutao, Xiang, Rosaria and Shenhe/Zhongli. Due to hutao being an enabler, crimson witch is not that best of an option, shimenawa or even lavawalker will have a better result without reactions. Edit: I wrote this before watching the video. He already had this idea.

i’ve had c0 hu tao since her first rerun and thru trial and error i’ve found my favorite way to not lose momentum/stamina too fast is to take advantage of the third person pov we play in. if you only press w and keep using charged attacks, every time you finish a charged attack turn your mouse around back toward wherever the enemy is and go for the next charged attack and boom, no stamina or time wasted

Remember you can press auto add to instantly use the crystal instead of holding button on them, it is a bit faster when you need to use 900 of them for a 5 star weapon
please don't even bother getting crimson witch artifacts from the strongbox, you can't consistently melt or vape hutao so a reaction based set will do nothing for your damage, just stick to shimenawa. Also you really should consider pulling for c1 hutao, since for the next 2-3 months there will be no new polearms so you might as well try to get a constellation. You should also try using hutao with yunjin and doing normal attacks, I know that this is far from the usual hutao gameplay, but I tried it and it's not far behind in damage, especially if you can't pull off a full rotation with her stamina at c0
Btw you should get her c1 bcuz when you charge attack with elemental skill, it doesn't cost energy so you can charge attack infinitely while in elemental skill

You do not have C1, which allows hutao after using her E, to use charged attacks until the E duration runs out (Stamina dosen’t go down while in E form). Shimenawa, when using your characters E skill, (At 4 pc) takes energy to increase attack. And people use this in C1 Charged attacks, as pyro dmg bonus is better for the burst, and could be used for normal attacks. And you complained about it in the video, constantly running out of stamina. I recommend a few builds: 2pc tenacity 2pc shimenawa/crimson, 4pc crimson, 2pc crimson 2pc shimenawa. (Also your pronunciation of deelo killed me 💀)

Shimenawa takes energy, yes, but it also gives 50% dmg bonus which is not a small amount at all. It all boils down to what rotation is he gonna use (and most hutao's use burst only every other rotation) and which artifacts are better. but even lavawalker is better than 4pc crimson.
been strong boxing from last patch and I only managed to get 41/189 crit and 211 em from dragonsbane have a ok shimi set 60/200 crit but only 112 em cause I swap dragonsbane with jade wing I stack the passive somewhat cause I use n2c
