I hope you found my first entry to "Why you suck at Roboquest" helpful, if you want to suggest any subjects / topics, let me know! PSA There are a couple of things that I left out which can be considered movement like the Gadget 'Hero Cape' which lets you slam the ground and also how to weave through enemies in combat but these are significant enough to get a video on their own. Perhaps Episode 2: Combat?
Episode two should be about combat. As I immediately thought the game felt like doom eternal when I picked it up. However I had to adjust to the rogue lite elements
finally managed to 100% the game after working up the courage to play the Guardian difficulties. The main problem I had was not knowing when swapping guns was a good idea. Once I understood the factors that go into choosing a weapon, suddenly the game got 10x easier
Congrats on getting the 100%! You make such a valid point because it's very easy to get caught up into thinking a weapon is better than another and put yourself in a position where you've lost a ton of damage. My strat? Have 1 weapon for clearing rooms & red rooms and a 2nd weapon for bossing. Some weapons can serve both roles depending on what you find with the current build.

also you forgor all the other rocket jumping. All of the explosive weapons can be used for wild movement
One of the best and most underrated FPS games ever made, and I’ve been gaming hard since NES in the 80s, PC in the 90s, and PS1/Xbox days….
I can't agree more! Roboquest is absolutely phenomenal and puts many modern AAA FPS titles to shamd. Huge shout out to the developer RyseUp Studios
just picked this game up the other day. It's a blast. Thanks for having some content available to learn from!
