Honestly I can't tell..I keep looking at mine and using your discription..it's a worn coin..brown..the flair is not just the I, according to other sites I have looked at it shows all D E I...it dose look like the i is pointing to the one denticals ..I'm thinking it is the no shoulder strap..it is a worn coin, like I said..it's not horrible..
Here's another thing you man years ago I bought the one ounce silver Muhammad X figuring that I would make an investment and hold on to it to cash out later not thinking that they would change their coins it ain't worth much that hurt

I cant think of any Canadian pennies right away, but there are a few American ones.
