appreciate your video, but considering it is designed to be watched by people with hearing loss, it would be great if the volume was higher on this. I had both the video volume and the computer volume on 100pc ( I have moderate hearing loss) and it was recorded at very low volume
Yes, you will want to twist the filter. Sometimes you can simply insert it, but to ensure it catches and stays in place, giving it a twist or spin is best. You'll also want to make sure the dome is back on securely. Before putting it in your ear, we recommend slightly pulling on the dome to ensure it is on completely. If not, it will come off as you tug on it rather than coming off in the ear canal.

Thank you for the feedback. We'll keep this in mind for future videos to ensure the volume is at a higher level.
😂,
I can't get it figured out.,,D
,See if Greg can? Thanks Janice
Hopefully you were able to get the filter changed. If not, your hearing provider should be happy to help!
Do I need to twist the new filter in place?
