Haha SO true on the GCs always crapping on cheap pricing. I just had a GC quote me $30k on a renovation for LABOR only! Hired subs myself and did the whole project for $20k.
would hiring a subcontractor be hiring electricians instead of going through a GC?
@@A_state_of_PJ sure, as an example. Instead of hiring one person to put together a team to complete renovations, you hire the individuals yourself

Been a Realtor for over 10yrs and haven't invested yet but have worked very closely with a lot of investors. I've seen a lot of mistakes that they have made but have also helped them make lots of $$$. Ready to do it for myself
The selling point for your courses is the story that you do 100 flips in a year .. do you have a video about how you do that? I listened to 10m of this one and it's just empty useless blabbing to get add revenue for 3h and sell your courses, masterminds and all the other stuff you sell ...
They are all scammers! Bla bla to get you to take their courses that they copied from other gurus and scam you through a predatory partnership

Also disagree with this guy on wholesaling. Yes sir, it does matter how much you're making.
1. that money could have gone directly to the homeowner.
2. Agents split a 6 percent commission on average but wholesaler Joe could be dining on way more than that which at some point go look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself whether it's ethical for you to line your pockets or the homeowner gets what their house is worth.
3. This only works when you undercut the home owner often during their most stressful times in their lives.
I'm glad cities and states are starting to ban wholesaling and I'm actively advocating against these unregulated bandits.
