Don't Worry, You're not alone :) It happens to different people on different times. And not everyone gets there. You are lucky because you do. I think in my family and friends group I can easily count on my one hand fingers who are actually trying to to get understand my jam :D And that's ok. That more it makes it my thang. But I am always happy to meet someone who actually gets it. It's such a nice feeling. An actual connection. Peace, love and light.

i just turned 62 and i am ''an Orphan'' as my teen son, back then... once wisely surmised. Even with many 'family,' ti's not me who they see or even know. i am taking my Meditation Diploma from Adi Shakti at Soul Works and we meditate, yet, this is homework i am doing on my own, here. Acclaimed translator of the beloved holy book, Baghava Gita that opened up in front of me, during a waking dream... in 2010 or so- has been also teaching me. i want learning to love myself as never before. Being left alone is a gift for i am able to have so much more chrono time to explore the infinite kairos. Namaste for this gem. .

Pray for me I’m stuck at a point in my recovery where I relapse with food addiction behaviors. I’m trying to get my chakras realigned and practicing my tai chi but, I just can’t quite get that strength to push forward for the next 21 days to get past breaking the cycle of sugar addiction and processed foods! I have use this sound technique to transform myself in so many levels and areas🙏🧘♀️☯️ I really love this particular sound and the way it is done but, I do need your prayers out there in the meditative mind🧚♀️💖✨

I've been sitting in my den, listening to this channel, but in such severe pain in my neck and shoulders, so I put in my TENS machine, to help relax my muscles...that severe pain my back is gone, feeling a little light-headed, still have a headache but the 8/10 in pain is now a 4/10.
Don't Take Anything Personally Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
this is easier said than done but so true if you can believe that "what others think of us is none of our business." Of course being unkind, neglectful and abusive will evoke a negative response in others.

I've been sitting in my den, listening to this channel, but in such severe pain in my neck and shoulders, so I put in my TENS machine, to help relax my muscles...that severe pain my back is gone, feeling a little light-headed, still have a headache but the 8/10 in pain is now a 4/10.
