“If you think your lifestyle has anything to do with salvation then you clearly don’t understand grace and aren’t saved.”
“If you experienced something as radical as an encounter with the almighty God then there will be undeniable evidence that this occurred.”
“Sanctification is a process that happens overtime so don’t expect to be radically changed overnight.”
As you continue through Christendom you’ll encounter all of these saying and more, as well as the biblical passages to back them up. I wrestled with this for twenty years and never got to the bottom of it.
