Looked up deli board and those sandwiches are 19 to $23 each. From the looks of your sandwich, it's a 6 to 8 in sandwich. They better be damn good for those prices. Wow!

Look. I really traveled from Puerto Rico to San Francisco and I went to that Square Pies Guys place. Its been more than a month since I tried that pizza, no, its been more than a month since I came back to Puerto Rico. And I still cant stop thinking about those pies. God. What a great reccomendation.
fantastic stuff! like Bourdains “The Layover” but without any integrity or research. Get high, stop anywhere, eat anything thats full of flavor and say “its the best”. The tuna sandwich review was epic! Keep em coming bro!
In the senor sesig part of the vid when you name what it has in it, tocino is just bacon in Spanish so its not different from bacon just bacon in another language(Spanish)
I'm a sucker for Ike's but my mom still dreams of the sandwiches she got from Calabria Bros. The Sandwich Place and The Bagel Spot make some of the simplest but huge sandwiches I've seen in the city.
What do you recommend at Golden Boy? I work near by there (on Montgomery), but have never eaten there. Mostly just stick to Tony's when in North Beach.
Senor SIsig is def a must try. I luckily live next door to Square Pie Guy, So I've tried em all. The Big Von is a hands down fav. Deli Board is tasty. Okawari and Stone Mill Matcha def have my fav Katsu sands, Still have yet to try/afford Robin. Thanks for sharing your experience here.
Square pie guys is not it. Not even top 3 detroit style here. Golden boy is not detroit style but definitely better. Tonys has the best detroit style pizza. Even better than places in the 313
@@BrunchBoys I know because I live in SOMA. Cafe okawi is a 15 min walk from deli board which is a 10 min walk from square pie guys. The only place far is senior sisig which is in the mission district. You didnt venture into: North Beach Haight Area Divisadro Hayes Valley Castro Marina disctrict Richmond Sunsent. Also, why walk the bus is like 5 bucks for the day. Sorry my guy not enough variety in locations for me. If you ever come back id be happy to suggest some locations as someone who works in the restaurant industry. Anyways I hit subscribe as I also think square pie guys is delicious and deli board is an under the radar (but expensive) gem.
The are so many amazing restaurants in the city, this needs to be a whole series to truly represent what we have to offer here!
absolutely! hopefully I'm back soon
Its wild that I used to eat both Senior Sisig and Deli Board regularly for lunch around over 10 years ago and they both are still big favorites in SF
i wish i could do that!

Yeah, they're pricey so more of a every once in a while treat. Still at those prices at that size YMMV, obviously.
Best burrito in my opinion is el farlito on 24th
golden boys over square pie guys, but cafe okawari definitely deserves to be on the top 5.
👌🏻👌🏻
I go back and forth. Golden Boy hits late night when you and the homies are leaving the... library.
to anyone else who is planning to go never call it san fran, only SF or San Francisco (its like calling atlanta HOTLanta)
Why? What happens if you do?
Agreed, we hate HOTLanta 🤣
@@chrisg1772 nothing. We just cringe lol
@@chrisg1772 People just don't love it. We don't do anything about it. We're too busy hugging trees.
San Fran is fine wtf is this guy talking about

love that!! hope you get it again soon!
Regards from Spain! Loved the video :)
You lost all your credibility when you said “San Fran” 😂😂😂
I feel that way when someone says 'Cali'
@@CesarGarcia-ru8hrnah everyone says cali

Try out slice pizza in sf it’s god tier made by the legend himself Giovanni

Deli board is definitely not the best sandwich in the city!
While I agree, it says "Must eats..." Not the best.
What's the best? I'm wondering because I recently started working in the city and will be living there soon and I'm a huge foodie lol
@@benn255b3 I know a few good spots. New College Hill Market, Roxie's, Mr. Pickles.

The Bird
Wok Shop Cafe

Great food actually also I love San Francisco as it is a wonderful modern city with a lot of things to see and do always
This guy only went to all the hyped up places in the city I bet he was on yelp instead of asking locals
literally all recommendations came from locals. thanks though!
You’re psycho if you think square pie guys is the best pizza in sf ahahahaha
Square Pie Guy over Golden Boy is a fucking crime

Anything besides sandwiches
Seriously.
It’s San Francisco
Never San Fran.
Welcome to the City.
sisig, i agree with. GBP is better than SPG(they are also sketch and snitches, look that shit up), ikes for sammich, and why is YAMO not on here?
Very common food. I thought it was something more special than those..

That’s not a burrito, sir. It’s a burro. There’s nothing small on your plate or in your distended stomach 👎🏽👎🏽
please don't say "San Fran." It immediately identifies you as an outsider. Nobody here says that.
i obviously dont live there
Shit City.
its like you did all the resturants in a 4 block radius....
none of these were close. and I know. bc i spent hours walking around the city
