Nice try...but some basic points are verywrong....
1. Steam to condensate and Condensate to steam is a closed cycle...
In condenser stem is cool down raw water without mix...
This raw water also have a cycle which cool down in cooling tower.. so no steam goes to cooling tower to cool down.
2. DM water with minimum DO is use in power generation to prvent chemical reaction in boiler tube inner surface and also prevemt to scaling in turbine blades....
