    Recipe and ingredients:
    1 cauliflower.
    Spring onions.
    3 cloves of garlic.
    Ginger - approx. 3 cm.
    Fry onion, garlic and ginger.
    1 carrot.
    1 red pepper.
    Cook for 3-4 minutes.
    1 cup peas - I prefer canned peas, but you can also use frozen ones.
    Add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook covered for about 8-10 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce before removing the dish from the heat.
    The cauliflower should become soft.
    Very tasty and easy!
    Serve the dish with nuts.
