Paul you need to make the pond an aqua scape pond! That would be so cool! You could add lights to the inside of the pond and possibly the waterfall so you can see everything at night including the fish. Those are some ideas. Love the video as always! ❤

Paul has made no attempts to make any of his enclosures look remotely realistic or properly scaped. Hoarding new animals gets views, building scapes does not.

Please team up with aquascape and redo that pond into a huge nice pond that's deep with cool rockwork like camp kenans pond he has behind his house. Definitely needs a small waterfall with wetland filter. Please make it at least 6 feet deep. It would be so badass!

Paul you should definetly get some peafiwl for the farm, just imagine the vids, going to show the farm animals and just one peacock flairs his wheel up, it would just be majestic.
I would suggest you to get both a blue/indian and a green/malay peacock, as both species are increadibly beatifull. Congo peafowl on the other hand arent as showy, so the other two, previously mentioned species would be unbelievably increadible.
He needs to check out youtube of what peafowl sound like before he gets any. THEY ARE LOUD!! My uncle has several and I can hear them a mile away. I hatched some for him in my incubator and they are loud from the time they hatch.
@@EricBrantleyGA in my personal, yet somewhat limited experience with peafowl they are not that loud, though I imagine that will change during mating season and if theres more than one male in general. Though honestly that would be the same for having a rooster

They are beautiful but I wouldn’t be able to handle the noise constantly, them walking on my roof an going around the neighborhood pissing my neighbors off. Their call will 100% piss his neighbors off.

@@Weeks25 I guess you got a point there, peacocks do tend to need a little more freeroaming space, than lets say a chicken. However in my opinion a peacock would just improve that farm feeling by so much and I mean, come on, his neighbors already know hes not quite the regular neighbor, so one peacock wouldnt really hurt in that regard.
And concerning the noise, yeah peacock do tend to cry out in the early morning and late afternoon, but I mean come on, so does a rooster and turkeys also dont tend to be the most quiet. Also I have been to a farm whichs owner trained his peacock not to cry out whatsoever, so that might also be possible.

Definitely do a water feature at the back pond, maybe a little stream, talk to Ed the pond professor for his suggestions and options. More plants like Kenan’s place with Holt Nursery, beautiful plants and Lily pads!

Paul already had that poor plant company come waste their time and money scaping his outdoor pond, just for him to immediately neglect it
A weird request but you should see if you can get a colored liner, gray would be my top choice. But green or yellow will cut back on algae growth anything close to the green and black wavelength of color inhibits or slows down growth. Gray you will see the fish better than black. Definitely need to design under water glow lights (color changing) into the pond for some epic night time viewing. You can change the color to attract bugs for a fish feeding. Then change it to reduce algae growth, maybe hook it into your music system. The Amazon corner tank can be your grow out tank, time out tank for fish that don't get along or even a breeder tank for fish feedings with live shiners, shrimp tilapia.

You should get ducks for the outside pond!
He had ducks, they all were killed. He struggles to keep any of his animals alive long term.

For the backyard pond, do a wetland filter and intake bay for filtration. You will have clear water to film the fish.

Hey Paul, I have been a fan for about a year now and I love the video! I did want to say (as respectfully as possible) that it looks like you have too many chickens in your coop. I’ve owned chickens myself and know some of the problems it can cause. Now I don’t know what your plan is if you are going to keep them in there or give them some more room but I would definitely recommend looking into it to see if you think you are going to have any problems. I would hate to see anything bad happen. Hope you have a great week! Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love the idea of a waterfall in the backyard pond. It would be good oxygen and water movement. Plus, waterfalls are always relaxing to hear.
You should consider adding a wetlands filtration to the pond as well. You have plenty of room for it and it'll add natural bio filtration to the pond.

The other pigs eat faster than she does so she got pushed back a lot. But now that she has her own spot to eat she's gaining weight finally. I'm glad she's doing better too.

Hey Paul I just wanted you to know I love your content and I think you should turn the Amazon corner pond into a cyclid pond or a Molly and Platy pond
For future fish trapping,, Dry cat or dog food works much better,, They release oils that attract the fish. 🐟
I think it would be cool since the water is like clear and brown for the pond you should do a albino/ platinum pond so when you look in there you're going to see streaks of white and silver flashes through the water. Then you can put underwater lights that would make the fish just whatever color you want and light up underwater
