You didn't mention what you did with the melted fat? Or did I miss understanding that portion? 🙂 Also how long does it take for the meat to cook when in the claypot? And how many whistles in the cooker? I know it'll depend on the tenderness of the meat, but approximately?
In clay pot it needs 45-60min.....pressure cook for 1 whistle and shift it to any cookies vessel nd cook for 15 minutes... it'll depend on the tenderness of the meat........
