Hi Maud, Thank you so very much for the shout out. I am so very pleased that my videos inspired you. It makes me so happy to see people just go for it. Your work is beautiful and your sketching takes your journal to the next level! Happy crafting!
There are so many things that I really love about your page. First of all the way you rescued that black border was amazing and adding the leaves to the snowdrops in the right hand upper corner and what you added at the bottom of the snowdrops on the right mimics what's underneath the snowdrops on the left your painting of snowdrops is also a delightful I have been watching Leah at creative Cove for quite a while that is not how she spells her name but I am using voice instead of typing. You are indeed a very blessed woman. Blessings and hugs
Wow Everything is awesome! Your are doing so good at watercolors! I love these pages! And I am going to try this, with a doing this with a Sunflower. Thank you for all your inspiration! 😍
Tomato knives are so mean! This is exactly what happened to me in November! 🙈 Thankfully everything healed up nicely. I wish you a speedy recovery too! 😊 It's so great how everything connects on your journal pages through your painting! I like it very much. 🥰 With me in the garden are also already many early bloomers sprouted by the warm weather... beautiful! Love greetings Nicole
Very very beautiful Maud! Snowdrops are one off my favorite flowers too! They are so fragile and cute and the first sign off little bit spring. Love the images, I didn’t know you can make such images like paintings, that’s very artsy and you are so good in it! I don’t have oil pen or woodies but surely will buy some once I go to the big city again, I haven’t been there since …three years ago Ithink😱 Lovely creative video! Big hugs Maia
Dankjewel Maia, het is vooral de transparante gesso waardoor je er overheen kunt werken, met (aquarel)potlood, acryl verf, grijs potlood, pen gewoon even proberen 😉
This is stunning Maud, I didn't know you could do that technique with magazine images, it makes them far more versatile for a junk journal. Thank you ❤
You have inspired me once again! I love the techniques you did with the magazine pages and of course your drawings and watercolors are amazing. Very artsy! It will be a very long time for snowdrop flowers here in Upper Michigan…. Another snow day here with 9 inches of snow falling and still more to come. It is beautiful,
Oh Maud I just love what you did and how you transformed your photos into very nature journal looking paintings. What was the thick white "crayon" or pencil you were using? Thank you for sharing your process! xo (ps I wish we had snow drops where I live, they are lovely)
Thank you so much my sweet friend, the crayon I used is a Stabilo Woody pencil. It can smudge and be thinned with water. A kid product that is perfect for our art 🤩🥰
Hello Maud, I am so delighted to have discovered your channel and to see your beautiful pages. I have only recently discovered art journaling and it is so inspiring to watch your creative process. It is truly a joy to browse through your pages. You mention art supplies in the video and I recognize most of the crayons that you are using. However can you tell me what is the fat blue crayon that you use to paint around the circles (the one that looks like a lipstick). Many thanks!
I'm sorry I made a mistake Leigh is not from the creative Cove. I watch both of them and I got a little confused LOL. Also so sorry for your thumb but she is looking good with her big smile on her face

I really like the process you used in this video. It was fun to watch and I hope I can incorporate some of it into my own artwork.
Thank you ☺️
I love your page my friend, sneeuwklokjes are really the first little signs of the winter getting a little bit closer to turning into spring. ☺️💕☺️

Thank you for watching and the lipstick like crayons are “Gelatos” by Faber-Castell. They smudge and are water soluble, perfect for messy effects.
