I think it's fair to say these are the third generation of 3d printed guns. The quality coming out over the last couple years is so much greater than just 3 years ago and miles beyond the liberator, which initially got me excited about printables. Cannot wait for what cones next (though the ark looks to be about as awesome as I can imagine)
Remember back when Adam Kokesh premiered 3D printed guns? He got visited by the Feds. Those were the Very Low Quality Days. I still have the original 3D printing files that he uploaded.
I want that red white and blue mp5 SOOOOO bad. I haven’t gotten into 3D printing yet because of how flimsy the builds I had handled were: but these seem really sturdy.
Has anyone ever been suicidal?, I was in the past and I don’t believe I am now mindset and everything around me has truly changed for the better and I’ve always wanted to own one but at the same time I’m kind of scared, I would never point that going towards anybody but myself if it came down to it I couldn’t hurt a soul but the sport of aiming in directly hitting your chargers over and over again sounds so mesmerizing
Hey Ivan I have a question about your glock g26.2 design. I have the g26 with the little rear rail that I found would quickly fracture. I came across your revised 26.2 with the new rear rails and modified front rail too. My question, will the same lower parts kit for my first g26 fit and line up with the g26.2? I have both files on my computer on top of eachother. I notice the hole that holds the trigger mechanism and what will be hole holding the rear rails on the 26.2 are slightly offset from the original I have.
@@IvanPrintsGuns one more question about the file. I notice instead of a spring clip for the slide lock it's using a coil spring instead. Could you point me to where I might find the coil spring you use for it?
They cannot, unless they ignore the Constitution. As that is incredibly common now, maybe they will. It will be when they try to enforce it that will be the challenge. R.F. Kennedy Jr. said, not long ago and correctly, the only thing left of the USA Constitution is the 2nd Amendment. Unfortunately, he is right. Keep Calm and Print On.
@@VidarrKerr Of course the ATF ignores the Constitution. Hell, they don't even abide by the NFA and invent new meanings of terms narrowly defined in law all the time.
Have you looked into 3D printed explosives at all? I remember seeing a couple second clip of a printed rocket tube that interested me. Not sure if was anything useable or just a firework cannon meme
That sounds incredibly annoying to do, as explosives are relatively simple pressurized vessels that require a high strength and melting point material to contain and build up explosive energy
I feel like every time I watch one of these videos, my FBI profile gets one more page. Maybe the ATF too. Who knows anymore ---the Fed Gov is so gigantic. Come on... edit: It would be great if you labelled the firearms.
STL's are available, but he can't sell the printed results of those STL's without getting into Fed trouble. And the STL's will more than likely never be illegal, since it would be not just a 2A, but a 1A fight as well. Printers aren't that expensive, esp since these are just PLA. Micro Center sells a decent entry level that can probably let you print any of these for $100. Not saying more than that because I don't want to be "corrupting the youth" or whatever other thought crime RUclips wants to persecute for.
@@sloth1796 TL;DR: For you to print it at home, legal enough. For him to sell, kind of turbo illegal. More detail below. As of right now, it's kind of in limbo. Assuming you're in the United States, the ATF is currently doing things to make any partial receiver, a firearm. However, it's fully legal for you to manufacture your own firearm at home for your own use as of the day I post this. Whether or not that changes in 2 days I don't know. But, STLs are considered code and code is covered under the first amendment. That's already been established. So he can sell or give away the code to print these no problem. Selling or giving away printed firearms, especially non-serialized ones, that's where the trouble would come in. Even if they were serialized, he would still need an FFL, possibly even an SOT, which can come to several hundred dollars a year for the inexpensive ones. Not to mention, these are 3D printed items. Even PLA Plus is not super durable. So selling them is just asking for a lawsuit when one malfunctions and injures someone. However, again, giving away the plans and you print it yourself, you are aware of the material you chose, you are aware of the weaknesses of the material you chose, it's on you. Sort of a buyer. Beware situation. As the manufacturer yourself, you should be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the material you chose. It's not on the person that designed the plans. The only exception to this is if they specifically recommend a material, and you use that material as recommended and get injured.
