CJ you need to holler at Chris Bailey I'm pretty sure we got a couple different oil pans but good piece of advice for fixing yours. If ya got a engine stand and another block put it on the stand bolt the pan down tight so you can beat and cut and weld without having to worry about the rails moving. Glad to see u picking up and keeping it alive.💯
Wish you the best with the car and sure can tell you have a good group of friends that are willing to help you out and that’s awesome you will be back at it before you know it
I would do firewal for clip cut it at rocker panels and windshield post there is factory seam in floor you can take it apart i have pulled hundreds cars on my frame machine a piller damage is tuff repair
CJ if it's all possible to hold on to that roller for as long as you can to have a pretty nice back up car just incase the wreck does not work right after the rebuild hopefully if it's needed you can find a cheap ass parts car to cut up without cutting up the nice roller you picked up wishing you all the best on the rebuild and hopefully the car goes back to working like it did or maybe even better keep up the great work and thanks for taken the time to throw a update video together for us to see the progress..
CJ, there is notchback Fox sitting at my mom's coworkers house over here. Needs a rear quarter skin and drivers door. It's been sitting and I could probably get it cheap. Might be useful for parts or fix and drive. Eventually build it.
Cj glad you are ok first and foremost. Might I suggest that after the dust settles a little bit that you use the roof firewall a pillars section of rockers as one unit. Rebuild from that point with a clip that is effectively non tweaked will take away a lot of fighting to true all aspects of fitments. Just welding at rockers and roof sail areas. Cut out what is not needed Rebuild your front chassis as needed . Easier far better than trying to salvage the tweaked components. Perfect opportunity to work in any possible changes that you may require. Don't be afraid to change enough sheet metal to wind up with a good square body. Just a little advice from a fan and old body man drag racer...
2 big C clamps, 2 thick metal plates, a propane torch to heat the aluminum then squeeze the side bend while you hammer the bottom of the pan up the bring that side back into shape. As it comes back that tube gap may close back up for a simple weld
Man I hate seeing people wreck and seeing the carnage but man fortunately all the safety equipment did its job and you got to walk away to rebuild and start over.
Hate seeing yall going through this again. Thankfully cj has no quit it him.❤ thank motor has been to hell and back with the 2 wrecks but Thankfully it's almost as tuff as cj and has made it through it both times. 💪.
On the oil Pan, maybe you could make one cut at the seam. Where the bottom and the side meet at the steering rack hump. That would free the metal up to move back into shape. Maybe with some heat. I know it's aluminum and that's tough to do. I am suggesting leaving the majority of the metal all connected and just cutting that one seam where the damage is.
A lot of work for sure, but it sounds like there's hope for the poor girl. Good news on the engine though. I know if anyone can save the old girl, you can !
We have a car that we have been 4.24@175 with that we replaced the right front rail and all, after its squared up add some gusset between the main hoop to the door jam, the a peeler to the front bars
Looks like ole Billy tried to burn the barn down. Looks like you tried to reroute the road. I’m almost 83, and still do dumb stuff. Keep digging, be as cautious as possible. We need the videos.
Cj, I'm so sorry you have to go down this road again of rebuilding another car , But we all know the risks we take testing on streets... Some learn fast some take a while longer , so did you learn anything from that crash ?
I have a question isnt there another fox body in your garage, the one at one time going to build a turbo car out of it? I guess I missed when yall said what had happened to cause the wreck. glad the motor is good so far , do another video this week if you get time, about what was the outcome at the frame shop
That is being built into a turbo car primarily for front side races, lots of money and work still to go into it. We many get some of it done with having down time while other car is being repaired. Jess and Allie are traveling out west and with the holiday not sure if we can get another one out this week. But we will see
I don't get why fix the rolled car when you could just take what's left of it throw it in that coupe you just grabbed splash some paint on it finisher up and have a much more solid car than oke that has been rolled
It’s a lot of cage and wiring work that is all good in this car we only need to fix front end. It is a lot less time, money and work to do it this way if we can
Everyone go tell you friends to like and subscribe and watch the videos, even if you are getting in the shower and hit play so they get views to get some money coming in to help with this other tragedy
Hey bro if u like bbq chips then u should try those lays wavy hickory BBQ CHIPS IF U HAVNT HAD ANY B4. THOSE ARE THE BEST BBQ CHIPS IVE HAD. I GET 2_3 BAGS AT A TIME

I see a blackberry crown royal box on the passenger floor, that's some good stuff.
That it is. Lol.
We have a car that we have been 4.24@175 with that we replaced the right front rail and all, after its squared up add some gusset between the main hoop to the door jam, the a peeler to the front bars
One pass on it after its back together will tell the story
Yep first couple hits you’ll know if it’s gonna be alright or if you need to start looking for something else to put your stuff in
I hope it is, we took a hard hit though. Time will tell.
You look younger in those glasses. Stay with those.

I know it expensive but just get a new oil pan if you can I’d be afraid of that one coming apart at the wrong time.
