Your fight with Sir Sargon and Sinoptic was excellent, really epic. Cast all your spells, used every last hit point of the creatures. Well done.
I'm thankful you're continuing to be totally honest. I think most of us understand the situation with the Factory release, but as hype as that is i'm also glad to see you back in HoMM2. It's been a highlight seeing it pop up in my inbox every time!

That final fight really shows why Black Dragons are overpowered. If you hadn't killed his stack you couldn't have won, no matter how good your spell casting. And the same went for him. Also amazed you won. That was pretty impressive

I'm impressed you're able to switch between homm2 and homm3 so quickly. My brain always takes a bit to adjust when I'm playing.
I've noticed in this series that you're ambushed/taken off guard/taken unaware/"bitten off more than you can chew" much more often than when you play homm3. You can kind of play this game as if it's homm3 but you're kind of reminded this isn't homm3 every time you get bit

During that last fight (~56:50):
That Golem had a lot of buffs on it, could casting Dispel on it be correct? Especially as Haste was one of the last buffs the enemy used, and it's likely that the AI would apply it last again, that could give you a few turns when you're safe flying from corner to corner even if the opponent gets Morale, and you could spend 3 turns spamming Magic Arrow and casting Dispel every 4th turn or so.
Or similarly, could waiting out the buffs after Blinding be correct (if you aren't at a massive spellpower disadvantage), just passing the turn on all creatures you have until the Blind is almost over, so the opponent has to choose between reapplying the buffs again or casting Blind? (Although even if this works, it does sound miserable to play or watch.)
1:04:15 she saw her powerful hero attack and lose everything chose to gate. Getting some really edge of your seat battles in this series, i think maybe that its a really big map gives the AI time to build up and they come out with some formidable forces.

@Norovo Hey, if you noticed purple using Town portal in the end of his turn, i assume now you can do it legit aswell, according to your own rules.

52:11 Unblinding is good if you want to take 50% damage from a retaliation you know you have to take in any case.

Not sure if this matters to you, but "Alamar" (13:53) was the name of the king in _Might and Magic, Book I: The Secret of the Inner Sanctum._ Sheltem the Dark ("Sheltemburg") impersonated him and attempted to drive the planet of VARN-4 into the sun because he was mental. He last donned the alias on XEEN, but as a warlord instead of a king.
Incidentally, Lord Alamar, the Warlock hero from this _Heroes_ series, is completely unrelated to either King Alamar or Sheltem the Dark. The only thing they share is a name. This is unlike heroes such as Crag Hack, Kastore, Ambrose, and Dimitri.

@@rusinoe8364 Yeah he wasted about 60 mana on useless resurrections mid battle where he could've just baited and magic arrowed and saved resurrection for later in the battle :)
