How to use AI to look up information and automatically reply to emails

In this video, I'll show you how to use Relay.app to automatically draft replies to common emails. We will be using an AI model to determine if the email is about a particular topic (in our case pricing), look up information on our and our competitors website and draft a reply. In this example we are using GPT-4o, however models from other providers such as Gemini or Claude work as well.
