    Is there a part number for the tire and hub already pressed on? and where did you get your part from?

    • @magnoliamobileservice4534
      @magnoliamobileservice4534  Год назад

      The hub and tire are separate part numbers. I’m a TVH dealer and get most of my parts there but also I sell for stellana as well plus I have a few different tire vendors.

    What about the plates inside and in front of axle where the grease fitting is? However still was an easy fix thanks

    • @magnoliamobileservice4534
      @magnoliamobileservice4534  4 года назад

      Bobby Wayne the slingers are installed. The inside slinger will go in with the tire very easily as long as your axle adapter on the opposite side has not been pushed in towards the tire from over tightening the splined shaft castle nut. Thanks for watching. I hope this answered your question.

    • @magnoliamobileservice4534
      @magnoliamobileservice4534  4 года назад +1

      Captain Oblivious thanks for watching! Whenever I’m having issues getting the splined shaft to pass by the slinger here’s 2 things I try. Wait, 3 things 1. Never smash it with a hammer 😆 2. Once the splined shaft is in far enough to keep the tire in the unit I lower the scissor jack and let the tire hang. Then I tap on the axle with a hammer and with my other hand I pick up a little on the tire and slowly rock it back and forth until the movement allows for the shaft and hub splines to line up. If the hub splines are really bad I remove and flip the tire around. Hope that helps!

      Captain Oblivious nice man! Sometimes there are things that make this job really frustrating. These tires can definitely be one of them. Glad you got it done! 🍻

      Just going to start out a job with Crown in December, nice to see how Crown trucks are to work on. In your videos,can you let us know on what tools and sizes of sockets etc are used, that way I can be prepared before I start my job. Is the nut not requiring a torque setting? Great videos, really enjoying them 👍

    Amen I have A Crown Pallet truck.pe4500 The problem what I’m having when I turn it on and try to move it it moves slow just like a snail sometimes it kick in speed and go fast and kick butt down we route move very slow I tried to check everything to see if anything was loose but nothing was loose but as I say want me to try to move it it moves very slow sometimes so fast and then go back to slow I don’t know what seem to be the problem do you think the speed sensor on the motor could be bad be bad

    • @magnoliamobileservice4534
      @magnoliamobileservice4534  4 года назад +1

      On the pe4500 there is a pressure transducer on the lift pump. If that sensor is having issues it can make the unit think it has a heavy load on it which will greatly reduce the speed. With the forks lowered all the way you can check the analyzer inputs and view this sensor and if the counts are not zero or very close it’s mostly like bad. There will be a few other checks to be 100 percent sure but hopefully you get the idea. Thanks for watching!

      OK I figure it out what the problem is it is the motor it have a problem that’s why it is moving slow I take the Motor out off the machine and put it in the next pe4500 and it was doing the same thing so I don’t know if I could get this motor repair or I need to get a new one

      Calbert Garavito the type of controllers a lot of brands use. The Raymond’s I do work on have Curtis controllers. I was just curious if Raymond had their own proprietary controllers for the larger units or if they are using Curtis or Zapi.
