The Browns D is finally playing with passion. After too many seasons with a lackluster, sloppy defensive, and a coordinator who made bogus schemes, it's beyond refreshing to see. Jim Schwartz may be the most important hire of this last year.
We were also really bad or really hurt in the interior. DTs and MLBs were thin. Great to see Anthony walker back. Underrated piece of our defense. He’s the leader back there

@@MiltanksUncle It's really not an overreaction. It's quite simple to see the impact if you pay attention to the details rather than just assume by the performance.
Myles Garrett last year was BY FAR the most double-teamed edge rusher in the league. All you had to do was watch the game to see the massive difference to see him getting schemed into positions to get 1 on 1s to see the huge difference.

@MiltanksUncle You don't understand. The scheme is way different than what it was with woods. We have like 28 new acquisitions. Secondary always went zone (current one does man....and they don't look confused), there are more pass rushers, and he's basically letting the LBs do what they want. There's a whole new energy with the defense.

What's really funny is that Adam Rank had the Browns going 6-11 this season but winning against the Steelers in Week 2 in his Browns full season prediction. Now he predicts them losing in Week 2 after coming off an incredible win against the Bengals and a horrific loss for the Steelers. You can't make this stuff up. What a joke. Go Browns!

I think this game means a lotttt for the Steelers. If they lose like they did against the 49ers then I don’t see how Matt Canada isn’t fired. If they lose in a close game I still think we are in panic mode at that point. The only way for the Steelers to bounce back from the 9ers loss is a emphatic win on Monday.

I like that the Steelers are coming off a big loss and it’s Monday night at home and the browns are coming off a big win. I think all those factors help Pittsburgh. Plus they destroyed all the high expectations in week 1, now they have something to prove.

I don’t know…in a Newsome interview he was talking about how they know Pittsburgh is going to try to come back strong after the loss. So I think Cleveland has settled down from their win and is getting focused
May be a defensive battle. Look for the browns to repeat the same game plan versus the Steelers. They’ll run the ball down their throat since San Fran just did it and the defense will terrorize Pickett. As long as there isn’t any turnovers and the defense stays motivated I don’t see any real way the Steelers win.
I seriously think that the Browns gonna win the AFC North! Why? Because the Ravens don't have RB, the Steelers don't have QB, and the Bengals can't win against the Browns!

As a long time Steelers fan the comment at the end. About the Steelers being a slow starter team is so true. I been saying that for years even in games they play the same way. I’m not worried about the last lost won’t be surprised if we have a first bad couple of games. I have complete confidence we will make the playoffs not sure of Super Bowl contenders but we will make the playoffs.

Always has his team ready, never puts up with BS, and his players would fight to the death for this man. Cleveland defense is legit. Our running back is a best. Got a couple decent receivers. I'm reserve judgment for Watson. The way he played against. Cinn. Kinda reminded me of Michael Vick. The AFC north is the most competitive division especially with all the teams competing even though the Steelers have the youngest QB they are still good enough to win atleast 8-9 games the Browns if they play especially like the defense did last Sunday should win 10-12 games and make the playoffs no team in the north should have worse than a 500 record

The Pittsburgh STEELERS are my favorite NFL team. I've been a fan of theirs since the early 1970s.
I like G. GORDON'S prediction of Pittsburgh 23 - 19 Cleveland for three reasons:
1) The STEELERS win the game.
2) The score is two prime numbers. 19 is the 8th prime and 23 is the 9th prime 😉.
3) It's a score that's not just touchdowns and field goals.
Something, most likely a defensive play, is required for a score of 23-19.
P.S. I live in Ontario, about a 90 minute drive East of Toronto.
The Calgary STAMPEDERS are my favorite CFL team.

Steelers are something like 20-0 in their last 20 MNF games at home. They are 19-0 against the Browns on MNF PERIOD. THAT is why, as a Browns fan, I am definitely not overly confident about this game. If Kenny Pickett doesn’t have a good game, it could be trouble for the Steelers… but this should be a great game!! If the weather is going to be bad (like I’ve heard), it’ll be a defensive BATTLE!!

If the Browns can put together another sound performance and knock down the Pussyburgh Rusty Heads, then they will be off to a much needed great start. Pittsburgh showed a severe weakness on that inner DL when trying to stop the run. Frisco ran all day up the middle on them, and that success set up the pass, to which the Steelers had no answer for.
