I know this comment is seven years old, but I recommend searching for Hi Izuru Style by Force of Nature (I've also seen it called Hiji Zuru Style) and Suburban featuring Shing02 栞 (I just copy-pasted from the RUclips vid, I don't know what that Japanese character means).
They're both more hip hop in style than this track, but they definitely have rapid fire Japanese rap.
