- While attending the 2016 Florida RV Supershow - we snuck into the Prevost section to check out this paint job. Wow.
I will say it again - wow.
The door was locked, so I had to come back during the show to see the inside. Nice to dream.... - Авто/Мото
that prevost bus is just too beautiful oh my word! what a machine!
Just showing the paint job I could tell it was a Marathon Coach! Quality #1!
+Frank S Day I agree Frank. It was stunning to walk into the building and see it.
You do great work as well! Thanks for sharing your videos!
Thanks Gregg. The more I see of these the more I can see a Space Craft and one of your Volvo haulers.
stunning for sure. Thank you for sharing
yes sir that paint job is amazing
Besides having a fun and happy paint design. All the colors and swirls are a good safety issue. This land yacht would be hard to miss night or day. No , I wouldn't paint my home like this but this is a totally different residence. It's portable.
Just love that black H3-45. But with such a fabulous dark exterior - which is phenomenal- I would need a very light interior, even lighter than the one shown.
prevost is the way to go
Looks like something the golden girls would live in!
Lol. Check out Liberty Coaches, The guy that does their paint jobs, it's called THe Art of Design, is incredible as well!
👍👍👍
Nice
I can't afford a Prevost Bus conversion, by any manufacturer.... But I can afford a super C or class A, and my first request, or my first order will be a toned down graphics job. I love the paint but some of the graphics used are tackey... just like the interiors are mostly too traditional.... I'm retired and they remind me of my grandmother's decor. On a prevost, I know it is all customized to what the client wants. So I understand the interiors, even if they aren't my taste. They are what the owner ordered.....
I want this bad!! GlennFHoward
Has anyone looked at vehicle Wrapping? The NASCAR haulers and cars are done this way. Thanks for the video we must have dreams.
+Roger Paul Great idea. Yes, we have considered it for some short-term applications. However, most of my customers are looking for some longer lasting solutions. They are keeping their rigs for 10+ years, and we find that the wraps don't quite last as long as that. They don't stand up to the rock chips and long-term exposure. However it is certainly an option!
Wrapping is interesting...
indeed wow the paint work looks amazing shame about the interior it may just be me but they sure have made expensive look cheap
Do you want to get into custom high end paint like that of the prevost?
+RelaxingHomestead Hello. Every one of my RVHaulers is custom designed with my customers. I haven't had the request yet, but I would love to create such art!
How many nice places can you go and stay around the world for 2 million dollars?
It's pronounced pray voh. (I've seen videos where people that own them pronounced it incorrectly.)
+David Latoundji Thanks David for the correction. Those Canadians sure talk funny!
Inside is very fancy! I mean in a Donald Trump sort of way!
Makes my trailer look crappy...
I don't understand all those exterior stripes on an RV. Would you paint them on your house or passenger car. No you would not so why are they on RV's. The bedspread on that RV looks like it is from a Holiday Inn.
It sure seems that styles come and go. Remember when all the RVs were plain? Very minimal stripes, flames and colors? We were excited to see all these bold colors when they started to appear. I am starting to see RVs go back to the plan looks now. Very cyclical trends.
Gregg RVHaulers The stripe look has been around for a long time now. If you look at high end music tour busses you don't see the wild striping. Airstream has always been one color. In fact both Airstream and Leisure Travel Vans have had the best interior and exterior designs in the RV industries. They both have good looking modern designs. The RV industry is stuck in the 1980's with their period designs. Just look at the fabrics, flooring, wall colors and cabinet designs. Many will use a gloss finish on the various woods used and it makes the woods have a plastic type look. I feel RV's are designed for American Midwest customers and the manufactures refuse to be open to modern looking designs. Just my two cent opinion.
As a semi driver I have stayed away or have rejected all black semi. Nighttime driving in bad weather, inexperienced driver on the road (car or semi) I want my vehicle visible. Seems stupid but there are situations where all you see from your blind spot is a vehicles stripe or a headlight . If you ever come across a completely black rv or semi with black trailer yeah it looks great, but in a big combination vehicle or rv the ugly paint job stands out. Everything serves a purpose on a commercial vehicle. And yes!!! There are accidents involving rv's and semi's where one vehicle says I didn't see him. Again might sound stupid
Excellent comment. I recall my dad telling me to never buy a gray or black car for that exact reason.
Gregg RVHaulers I must say this unit is insanely beautiful. I had one park next to me at the rest area in terra-haute Indiana I couldn't resist to ask the driver for a walk around.
I've always found those prevost not only over rated but over priced!
Black coach means I've got more money than brains and my HVAC system is under constant load and repair... Stupid isn't limited to the broke and poor.
not saying it isn't nice and so, but who's the interior decorator ? so ugly !! It's something for old people...
