It is very hard to come across the conclusion that this scholar is trying very hard and goes round and round to justify the Saudi and alike rulers and type of the rulership. Oh dear scholar u are very impressive and massive knowledge but u r trying it too hard to justify what can't be, I know I am writing in 2022 ie after 5 years of this video but I bet much water has flown down the Nile ,euphorates,Tigris, jehlum. U may not hv been paid as u mention except tooth care but ur job is much more effective than those when u r impressively justifying the obeying to the rulers of a Saudi and alike. The justice to ur argument would have been if u had given the person - whose question u included in ur lecture ,an opportunity to defend his question and counter arguement in thr process of deciphering his opinion because it is quite possible that some of ur words that u spoke of him may not be true representation of him and probably after listening to his lectures separately it seems that u have tried to put ur words in his mouth. I presume that the question was from mazin and it seems this voice was dubbed into this audio conversation, still justified would have been his point of view about what u accuse him of. Dear scholar u tried very hard to beet the bush but the truth is always evident ,even more when I am listening to it after 5 years , more the time goes more it becomes evident and I hope u have changed ur views after seeing so much after these many years..

Also the lecture was recorded in 2012 not 2017 BTW both Qur'an and the Sunnah guides us to follow the Ruler even if he is an evil man and not to rebel against him, bear his harm patiently and make dua for his rectification because rebelling causes more fitnah than the good
This is ikhtilaaf, but he most likely holds the view that videos fall under taswīr regardless for the purpose of dawah or not, this is the view of shaykh saaleh Al fawzaan. As for me I hold the view of shaykh bin baz that it’s permissible only for the sake of dawah and something of actual benefit for the ummah. And allaah knows best the mahsayikh have differed upon this issue for decades. May allaah reward the mashayikh for their ijtihaad.
The Jaahil Hizb ut tahrir member said that his Shaykh doesn't believe that the Qur'an is created Shaykhunaa Shaykh Abu Khadeejah showed him(the argumentative member) that he(Shaykh of Hizb ut tahrir) equated Jahm bin safwan with Hasan Al Basri....and many other deviance.
