So that only serious people take it and not someone who just want to make money from yoga classes
@@sambhrantlamba there are very serious people I know who could make use of it but they can't afford it so serious people need to have certificate of seriousness then only things can workout for them
@@aadarsh9063 you know you can teach yoga for free without this particular certificate. Last month Sadhguru even launched a program where anyone can become a "veera" and learn and teach surya kriya and simha kriya. I hope you took those classes?
@@aadarsh9063 all seriousness qualifications aside, isha yoga is one of indias top brands of yoga, its a very recognizable name outside of india as well, 6 lakhs would be a small amount compared to what you would earn over your life time, so dont be so stunned.
People usually get touchy when money is involved....

Yoga shouldn't be charged. It should be teached free of cost.
The individual programs (Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Angamardhana) cost more like 2500rs each. The program they’re talking about here is a different matter. If you still think that all programs should always be offered for free to everyone, you should watch the short film “Surya Kriya”

I only wish to have learn Hatha yoga for myself. I don't want to be a teacher. I could not be one. Is it possible at Isha? Is any program available for only learning Hatha yoga?Please let know. 🙏💫
Yes. Isha does conduct hata yoga separately. You can even learn it from one of such teachers in this video, if they live around your area.

He said that earlier there was an option that you can volunteer there for 3 years and then you will have it free, but i dont know if its still there. He said he dont know too
The cost is for learning to become a teacher but if you wish to learn it as a course for yourself it is very less.
what if you want to attend the program for yourself with no specific intent for offering to others, can we still attend it?

It's not about taking it as a career, I Believe, It is more about the commitment. The dedication with which you want to touch someone's life so that they also can experience, as little as a drop, of what Yoga, Life and Spirituality is all about.
If you are committed to do something, do you see it as a career(that which makes you money only) or something that fulfills you.. :)

Can we choose to accommodate in dormitory while doing yoga teacher training?...
It’s mandatory board on campus, all foods and trips during the program for five months are also included.
Basically for 5 months your entire schedule is set by Isha and geared towards your training.

it is an intense teacher training program for 5 months that includes many many aspects of the program . This is not a 3-4 days simple class. Those who go for the training know how immense it is, they have experienced it...that's why they are investing in this by leaving their high pay jobs or businesses. So don't judge by hear 6 lakhs..which looks & is a big amount indeed. But what is being offered in the training is PRICELESS...you cannot pay even with your life. If you look that way, the amount is look NOT SO BIG. But for realizing this you have to experience something atleast.
For lower midle class family it is not possible 😢

Guys . From bottom of my heart I am telling that leave these paid gurus..rather try Sahaj yoga..which transformed me completely....that also for free....that is real spirituality.. Self realisation is natural phenomenon.. how some one can charge for this......may God give them wisdom

Because the thing they are offering is of much more value. Trust me . I did bhava spandana one of the advance program it was 5000₹. Before doing it I was like it's too much for just 3 days . But after going through program even if they charge 20000 it will still be less compared to what they offer😊

Hello Sir. Thank you for the valuable videos. Actually I want to be yoga instructor and I have few queries.
1. Is the distance course certificate equivalent to regular course and will it be valid for applying in government ORGANISATIONS/ schools like KV/NVS / colleges as yoga instructor? If yes, could you please suggest universities which offers distance courses and whose certificate will be recognised/ Affiliated. I have completed B. Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Can I do those courses now or is there any age limit?
2. Do I need to complete B. Ed / Diploma in Education if I want to teach in schools? I am keen in teaching yoga
3. What is the difference among: i) Masters in Yoga ii) Masters in Yoga and naturopathy iii) Masters in Yogic Science and iv) YCB level 3 and which of these will be required for applying in school jobs. Also will online generated certificates Will be considered valid or do I need physical certificate for applying in these jobs?
