I just learned I am an enneagram one (perfectionist) and am embracing my should and ought. How do I do safe communication when I can not express negativity ever? I am not sure I will even be able to talk if I am constantly worrying about not being negative. I want to thrive and be safe and create safety AND I want to be my authentic self (even more so).
