Nice lot. I like the way you show the properties. Thank you. My neighbor was working under his truck . A black nose kept pushing on him. He pushed back thinking it was his black lab wanting attention.
Then he looked tward his house .
His black lab was sitting by the front door watching the big black bear pushing his master . The guy told me he froze , he didn't know what to do.
About a half hour later, the bear wandered back into the woods. 🙃 🕊
Wow! Great story.
I was just about to comment on how majestic those trees are when you mentioned them. Beautiful property!
The best!
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful piece of property & low taxes, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Thanks for the likes!
Wonderful! I'm in Alabama right now, and I'd love to be laying in that river!❤❤❤
You should!
Sounds good so far...
Nice spot Phil
I like it. I learned to fly fish in this river not far from this land.
Building set back doesn’t allow much room for any building!
looks like the lot is about 600 feet from road to river, so seems like enough space to me. That setback and the topography means no views of the river though. The price reflects it. I still like it.
Add another one to my list.
😉
I could live there! Plenty of space to build a cabin.
Yes there is.
Nice
Thanks
Is there an HOA.. could you use it as a camp
No HOA and yes you can
What do you think the odds are that they would allow a stairway be built all the way down ? You pretty much have to destroy and dig into some of that bank to build one that is safe with an incline like that . I know some towns can be really tough to deal with . Other than that nice lot
Others have done it in this town.
does the water in this river, have any past pollution issues?? I would nto think so...just asking
Old paper mills.
@@kookietherapy9398 I don't know how old you are but I worked in a textile mill in the early 70's before the EPA was established and just about every river was badly polluted .Company I worked at dumped chemicals right in the river .
There's hardley a river in the United States that doesn't have past pollution problems .
@@jameskostaras4778 Probably as old as you ! I was only pointing out Maine's obvious past. I'm certain there are many more polluting companies that chucked crap into the rivers.
