You made a large error in calculating your bin values--in cell F5, you did not "lock" in the standard deviation value by using an absolute reference to cell E9 ($E$9). As such, when you dragged the formula down through F9, you were not adding the standard deviation to each prior value, but instead adding the variance to F6, kurtosis value to F7, skewness value to F8, etc.
