@@popvocalstv i mean she could rerecord the backing track every night though lol, but her mouth singing & expression vs what the riff sounded like is different
@@revadmalik256 why would she record a track for It every night? And she did bad in the last adlib, Don't Blame Me was 100% live, not a single backtrack in the high notes
Taylor has been NAILING the high notes so far 🤍 I think the only off notes were a few notes in Bad Blood, all of which were flat, and the Ready for it high note, but it was only slightly under. And her lows have been becoming solid as well; even with the frightening amount of reverb on her mic, she is still audible down to Eb3, which is a significant improvement from pre-2020.
The most recognizable thing is that her belting has gotten so much better tone wise and technique wise too the supported A4!”s and the amazing low notes except the eb3! Etc they sounded pretty strained
I'm still surprised how good she did, this was first time in 3 years since she performed a real setlist. I expect even slight improvement as the the tour will progress, but it's still 44 songs and 3 hours of singing, so i'm little worried about her.
Well she shows are usually on weekends, she would have the whole week to rest her voice (and tbh I think she lip synced the last E5's of Don't Blame Me)
@@popvocalstv i thought too, but i saw whole climax of 2nd night and it sounds she went little flat on that ''everytime, everytime'' while on night 1 she sounds on key. IDK and i honestly don't really care that much. Taylor never lip-synced in her shows but if she will start lip-syncing some vocals on this tour i will be probably happy, because i don't want her to overwork herself, 3 hours is 3 hours.
Her belts are pretty solid?!!,the A4s in cruel summer and tlgad are pretty resonant, deff improved. As for the lows, not too much changes, consistency down to F#3/G3 as usual and some support lower but mostly the same. Her pitch became certainly better than all of her past tour. She needs to keep improving.
A lot of lambs love Taylor and I'm one of them and I think it's because the two artists have their excellent songwriting in common that we admire, and the other is the greatest singer of all time and a certified legend. But I don't think those belts are resonant because for a belt to be resonant it needs to be supported, have a bit of vibrato at least, open, ringing.... and I think it's the echo in her mic, I mean it's not "Always Be My Baby" ending note in 2009 😂😂
OK... so I need a little help. I don't sing (couldn't carry a tune even if it was in a basket, that's what my Mom told me) I don't understand notes, what the letters and numbers represent, but as a 65 yr old man who has listened to Taylor since Fearless, and I'll admit I've cringed (many times) over the years at some of her live performances, in my opinion her voice has improved immensely lately. Her lower range that we hear on Folklore and Evermore, to me, was impressive. I've watch many videos of this first weekends performance, and I was pretty impressed with her vocals. So in your opinion, are these good notes that she's hitting?
The lower notes are very impressive. The high belted notes are decent, but similar pop artists can go quite a bit higher. She’s definitely improved a lot though.
Taylor can support up to B4 and she has some very good moments in C5, C#5 and even D5, but she's not consistent with them, her consistent support ends on A4.
I don't think people understand... even if she dubs over a vocal backing track, if she's not ON the note, it'll still sound off. And what's the problem with singing over a track or lipsyncing anyway? The show lasts THREE hours
@@emilianog4rcia Oh she's singing, you can compare the high notes from night 1 and 2 and they are different. Folklore and evermore are especially the eras where there's no backing track so you know she's singing. I can't believe the audacity to compare to a britney show, when she also does acoustic sets; she's playing the guitar and piano with her raw voice unlike Britney (who's a talented dancer still). So looking back the opening night was a bit rough. She's improved so much and I think she was rightly fearful of a 3 hour setlist week after week so she took physical therapy and vocal lessons again.
