The first outing of 2010 for the old Sierra. Taking my girl for a few laps of a sunny Oulton Park, don't laugh too loud at the start when she tells me to take it easy, of course I agree but its not that easy to do!

I have heard many engine sounds, I dont know what it is??? but the RS500 seems to make the most unique and weirdest yet, most monstrous sound on a 4 cylinder, 2.0l engine ever!! At the same time sounding awesome. It makes the scooby boxer engine sound like a vespa 50cc in comparison!!

Yes it has a unique sound.! The engine noise sounds more like a whine.... from a transmission system, truly unique just like the howl the vulcan aeroplane makes and no other jet aircraft makes a noise like the vulcan does! Basically Boyz & Girlz Great Britain at it best...! 😉 👍

Racing in the Classic Thunder Touring Championship is where it really belongs with Chris Hodgett's old Brooklyn RS500, driven by Criag Davies which came 4th at the last round at Oulton Park 25 October 2010 :')

What a Legends. Man my eys was tearing with that engine is REVing in high REV's. Brilliant YB Cosworth Engine. I know what is that engine, Cause I build one of those with my uncle. Brilliant engine.
