Got the ZV-1 last November 2020 and subscribed to your channel because of your ZV-1 videos. Switched to A7C in January 2021 because I wanted to dive into full frame and I just switched to the FX3 2 days ago as I felt it was more "future-proof". So happy to see you got the FX3 too. Looking forward to learning and seeing what you do with it!😁 Hoping for a lot of FX3 tips and tricks!!!
Congratulations Vic, and happy for you. I just got an A7sIII myself last week. Mainly because I rather have the EVF than the mic adapter handle thing. I just got the Sigma 24-70 f2.8 lens yesterday. My wide angle lens for now is the Sony 10-18 F4 since I already had it. To use it in 4K, you zoom it to 14mm and it works great. I plan on getting the lens you got eventually. If you can do a comparison, that would be great.
@@VicBarry well I got the a7c and a 24mm gm 1.4 last week and if it feels half as close to how I felt which I know it does I felt that unboxing with you. I love to see my favourite creators get new gear. 👊🏻👍🏻

I am no expert but the Sony XLR Shotgun mic ECM XM1, on my old DSR 570 sounds great to me.. very sensitive.. so I,m guessing, along with your image, your audio will be great..

Hi Vic, I just bought the ZV1. I found that there’s a sound in the camera body went it turn ON and holding the camera up and down... and if slowly shake it on ear is like something lose inside. Is it a normal or I got defeat unit ???

Yeah, it's the exact same sensor specs as the A7Siii, but I've very different needs for this. Not going to be used for photography, the XLR Handle was a big selling point. But yeah, thanks man. yeah he made the ZV-1 become an awesome machine yet easy to use
I work in the pro world 😂 and have done for years. That hasn’t influenced the channel.
