We realise this thing very late while preparing for govt exams.. hum log crowd ko dekhkar kisi job k piche pad jate hai.. aur salary k alava jo factors actually me life me important hai jaise job timings, transfers etc. Un factors ko neglect kar dete hai.. 👍
Truly said,as officer I also suffered as officer. Lots of pressure, internal politics,no family life .but in our country where unemployment rate is very high so you have no option to quits this job
My landlord's son was scale 3 officer in SBI Chennai, he cracked SSC CGL 2017 and got Divisional Accountant post (grade pay 4200) and is posted at Bhuvneshwar. Although he has lesser salary than SBI yet happy.

nowadays there is no work difference between clerk and scale 1 officer. the work is the same for both and clerical as less responsibility and officer has more responsibility. salary is the only difference that matter. clerical or officer can't leave the seat for tea or breakfast.

Bhai wo to tmhare upar hai ki tm kitna kam krte ho , circular main clear likha hai ki Clerical job 7 hrs ki hai agr tm uske baad bhi kam krte ho to glti tmhari hai . Manager to ye bhi bolega ki poore din kam kr to kya man jaoge ? Koi forcefully tmse kaam nhi krwa sakta jb tk tm na bolo.

Graduated in 2015. Then started preparing for govt exams.. got selected in SBI JA 2016 and joined it.. then also got selected in IBPS PO 2016 and here I made a blunder by resigning from sbi and joining ibps po in 2017.. Personal life got affected badly since then.. with zero percent job satisfaction, worst work culture, marketing/target based job, no proper work timing rule for P.., hectic working hours, no respect/support from management, bonded labour feeling.... Now I realised money is not everything.. finally going to quit this bank po job in 2022. I can't make my life more hell like anymore.
Is clerical job in sbi better?
@@Pooja-ri5rk work load is more in SBI clerk as compared to ibps clerk. But yes SBI clerk is better in long term (stability , growth)

@@Pooja-ri5rk ibps is also stable one.. but you never know what govt. Is gonna do in future.. privatization n all . So in that case sbi will be the last most to get privatised by govt after privatising all other public sector banks.

Hi Naina: I would suggest you to join the clerk post,after joining please see the roles & responsibilities of a PO posted in your branch,if you think you are ready to devote that much time to your job,then you should definitely prepare for the PO or else you can take internal promotion to Officer after 3 years of your service
Mam meri graduation final hone wali hai or banking ki preparation karne ki soch rhi hoon but mujhe ye nhi pta ki kis bank me or kis post ke liye taiyari karoon jisse mujhe future me koi pachhtawa na ho.main bohoto ki interviews suni hai jisme wo bank me kuchh mahine kam karne ke baad hi bank chhor diya jaise sbi ,ibps po,clerk,life balance na hone ke karan.Main aage ka soch rhi hoon agar me bank me job mehnat karke le leti hoon to phir marriage ke baad posting and life balance me kam pressure ho.please aisi koi post suggest kare mujhe samajh nhi aa rha kis post ki taiyari karoon.Achhe achhe log work load and time handle na karne ke karan job chhor diya or main bhi jyada work load or time handle nhi kar paungi so main pehle hi Sara kuchh soch ke chalna chahti hoon ki aage meri mehnat barbad na ho.

Hi Chinu: Depend karta hai ek State mein bhi 2-3 Zone hote hain,agar aapko present posting and home city ek hi Zone mein hai to bas HR se request karni hogi and agar vacancy hogi to mil jayegi aapki city else agar dono cities different zone mein hain to aapko Request Transfer dena hoga and usmein 2-3 years bhi lag jaate hain.

Hi Shweta: PO Interviews are conducted in Hindi & English both,there is no such language barrier.Aap Hindi ya English mein se jis language mein comfortable ho de sakte hain but Regional language I dont think its allowed like Marathi,depends on the interview Panel members

Hi RUpesh : Since both of you are in Government Dept its tough decision for you.If you take promotions,you will be transferred to some other state,also responsibilities will increase with increased salary.
If its possible for your wife to get transferred to the place where you would be getting transferred then you should take promotions else you can take it after few years

2 year back mere husband ki death hogayi mai unke jane ke baad degree karana sochi bohot koshish ke baad mujhe BA mila abhi mai BA 2nd year hu aur mai 2nd year se hi Bank exam ki tayari kar rahi hu mera ek 2 saal ka beta hai financially mai utana week nahi hu ok ok hai but mai khud bhi kamana chati hu aur toda bohot khud ko bhi busy rak kar beteki aur khud ki zindagi sawar na chati hu
