Correction: In the example Nathaniel gave at 4:00, the LiveU product he was using was the LU300 rather than the Solo Pro. The LU300 will work with specialist broadcast decoders, while the Solo Pro is for online destinations. It can output an SRT feed though which can be integrated into most situations. Apologies for any confusion.

Looks like a really great product. A bit pricey to have SDI too. But it looks nice and easy to operate.

This is NOT suitable for news and TV. You need an LU300s TV encoder for that.

Yes you are correct Tom, the LiveU Solo products are for Web destinations while their higher end ones are for broadcast work.
