    Thanks for the thorough explanation of how the connection/destination/LRT works!

    The Yolobox Pro does some of this too. It’s a full fledged Video switcher and video graphics engine. You can combine Wifi, the internal 4G modem, the RJ45 port and one external USB modem to combine all the connectivity in a redundant way. The new Yolobox Ultra which has been presented at IBC, can do all the above in 4K an it even adds a second USB port for a second external to the mix. In my eyes, the Yolobox offers much more for the money. Is it better, I cannot say, it should be tested in a comparison test. Oh, and the Yolobox has an inbuild battery which gets you through 2-3 hours of streaming at up to 3 destinations. For longer streams, you can connect an external AC adapter or a power bank.

      I’m trying to be a freelance meteorologist at my house for tv broadcasting and I think this would be a great option for me. I know a lot of tv stations use LiveU so do you think it would be an issue for me if I get the Yolobox instead? They are both compatible to the same things right? Sorry for all the questions! Lol

      @@RoxyVanRuiten Yes, it will be problematic because TV stations like to operate under a 1-second delay; also, reliability is key. LiveU is more than capable of doing that; however, TV Stations don't use the SOLO; they use the LU300 (HD) or LU300S (4K) (same hardware as SOLO, just different software) that can be connected with the stations' LiveU receivers.

      @@geogmz8277 Nah, these Solo units have to stand alone. Stations have dedicated backpack servers to receive their dedicated streams from the field, but those servers can't just take some stringer's feed unless an engineer changes the designations in that server. The Live-U matrix theoretically allows assignment from randos but the interface is clunky and nobody has really explored that functionality operationally. Any self-contained independently-owned encoder pushing to a station is going to be received on a PC and scan converted before being inserted into their router or recording servers.

      It's been 2 months. If you want a stable connection and the highest quality from your camera to your social media channel then the live u is the solution. The Yolobox has a switcher which allows graphics and multiple cameras plus the features of the liveu's cellular bonding. If you are doing your shoots at home, you should have a rock solid internet perfect for the Yolobox. I would use the liveu solo anywhere outside of the home.@@RoxyVanRuiten

      Forget Yolobox. If you are serious use only LiveU. Broadcasters stay with solid solutions. LiveU is the way to go. Any other thing is just for enthusiasts.

    How to stream in multiple platforms and is this device supported rtmp protocol?

    • @geogmz8277
      @geogmz8277 9 месяцев назад

      It also does SRT, but LiveU just launched "Stream Tools" that allow you to go up in the cloud using LRT, and from there, you can proxy to SRT or RTMP to multiple destinations.

    • @SatishKariya
      @SatishKariya 7 месяцев назад

      LiveU Solo have its own "Stream tools" which support 3 platform streaming, you can subscribe that for monthly or annually, also LiveU Support RTMP & SRT both,
      for Multiplatform streaming you can use 3rd party applications like restream etc.
