Bleach definitely has HUGE influences on modern day anime, mainly things like jjk and black clover being big names i can think of

Bleach is actually relatively "short". The original is around 210 episodes without the filler and the new season, thousand year blood war will adapt around 52 episodes and 26 of those episodes are out. 13 more coming starting from 5th of this month!

Demon slayer, black clover, jjk, bleach was their influence, out of the big three even though it never flew as high as naruto or never ending one piece, in my opinion it has the most influence in the industry as a whole artistically

Actually, Bleach ended on 2011 and that's why Opening 15 feels like a closure especially when the main guy walk with title card flash at the background.
We only get bleach back on 2022 after the manga restarted by the autor..
The manga ended a very long time ago. It's been over since 2016. This arc has been around for a long time, it's just taken them forever to get around to animating it.
@@Tilt_TMactually, there IS a new arc in the works, set way after the orignal story ended and based around the universes Hell.
@@marcusreading3783 I'm aware of that, but it was essentially finished. Even had a time skip chapter at the end and everything. Kubo decided to revive it years after the fact.

In truth, many of the fillers in it I feel were pretty good, with one major problem: WHEN they put in the filler.
For some reason, they just put the main story on pause at important parts, and just had a filler arc implanted there out of no where. It SUCKS that they handled the filler that way. They'd likely be more enjoyed if they weren't cutting off the main story like that.

BLEACH was always known for the BEST Openings and especially OST. OST is something out of this world...Also they dropped new opening before new season and you should check it. Visually its the best one from BLEACH and music is among top 5, maybe even top 3-4.

The problem with Bleach filler is they would stop a fight for awhile to show filler, come back for 2 eps, and do some more filler. What's funny is one character stops a fight saying "that guy will be gone for 3hrs" but I think it took almost 2 years to get back to that guy.
I still remember watching it on Toonami and at one point we got two eps per Saturday. I think that was because Toonami got cancelled but brought back and had Bleach. The two eps made it more bearable but I think they stopped at one point before the final arc.

Now that u see a little bit of bleach, you should know why this, Naruto and One Piece are called "the big 3", rival series competing each week in the same magazine, all three of them with a whole different focus, they are all really worth watching and they inspired almost all current shonen manga like JJK, MHA and Black Clover
One Piece = World Building
Naruto = Lore
Bleach = Style and Characters
Personally my fav openings are: 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16

As an OG fan since 2006 it's CRAZY to see Bleach's resurgence in popularity. I know the nostalgia factor is huge for me and that may give me some bias, but I've always thought that this show was one of the best I've seen. It's nice to see people are finally giving it a shot.

The irony in how the show is called bleach because of the Clensing of souls, yet their openings are so vibrant with color 😂

Bleach got its name because Kubo first named it Black, then White and ended up on Bleach thinking the first names sounded too generic.
Now is a great time to start watching Bleach. If you're getting Jojo vibes, it might be because Bleach also places huge emphasis on color, fashion and having an incredible soundtrack. You might also be detecting it's massive influence on modern anime like JJK, Demon Slayer, Black Clover, My Hero Academia (all their authors credit Bleach for inspiration).
Even with all of that, the original anime sometimes struggled with trying to capture the vibe from the manga. For example, the manga volumes feature poetry that barely made it to the anime. The new adaptation actually features characters reciting their poetry verses after the credits in order to evoke the same feeling.

For BLEACH OP, I'm enjoying the song more, because 10 or 20 years later, the song might be the only thing I will remember from Bleach.
not sure if anyone said it already, but bleach's author "Tite Kubo" wanted to be a fashion designer, which would explain the design of these characters are so good, specially in casual attires.
A lot of people may consider bleach as the weakest of the "Big3" anime but theres no denying that bleach revolutionized the anime drip.
The next Opening is going to be released tomorrow (October, 4)

Bleach is my favourite from the big 3. You definitely have to watch it. Skip fillers especially the Bouny arc. Some other fillers are okay and foreshadow some things that were in the manga to a degree.
If you like the art style Tite Kubo wanted to be fashion designer but ended up doing manga instead from what i remember

Ichigo fought lieutenants and Captains to Save the girl ( Rukia kuchiki)

Bleach is such an amazing anime, definitely recommend watching it. Its definitely an anime for more mature audiences as the story has a lot of meaning especially for the main character and what he needs to overcome. Even the side charactets are so good

I will only describe them:
1. the old man with fire powers 🔥
2. a guy with 69 tattoo, whom both him and a black skin character stood with their backs to each other in opening 12.
3. the black skin bulky guy FROM THE MAIN GROUP.
4. the gunslinger from opening 12.
5. the red haired guy that uses a whip type of sword
There's 2 69 guys but only 1 is that much liked that it's funny how easy it is to tell

As for me that targeted are you at that time in era I can say there openings are top tier not just but artwork but also by song choices. I would recommend doing the OG of anime opening themes Dragonball Z
